Charming rustic houses close to Pollensa, a 15-minute walk from the centre

Spent a wonderful week in this delightful villa. Very well appointed and we walked into Pollenca every evening. The villa itself was a delight. Very private, clean with plenty of space to relax and chill. Pollenca is a beautiful town and the Sunday market is not to be missed (of you arrive on a Saturday, leave your food shopping until Sunday and get the amazing produce on offer from the market).

We had the most incredible stay here. Maria and her son Gabriel were excellent hosts - Maria in particular was so helpful and welcoming and could not do enough for us during our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. The pool was fantastic - so much space and very clean - as was the rest of the house. It was a wonderful location - just a short drive or walk into Pollença old town and 10 minutes by car to the beaches. So many wonderful restaurants in Pollença old town. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!!

A very charming house excellent swimming pool and sit out area. . Need a car to get to see the lovely beaches in the area . Pollensa old town has lots of nice restaurants .

Beautiful authentic Mallorquin house, with every modern convenience you could need. Immaculately clean. Maria the owner was very welcoming. House was bigger than we exoected too. Would definitely go back.

we had the most lovely week here. Maria, who lives next door was the most wonderful, friendly host. check in was easy as Maria was there and we were very kindly able to check in a bit early as we had a very early flight and 2 tired boys. The house is traditional and charming and very well set up for a family. we spent a lot of our time by the pool, which my boys loved [although do be aware it doesn't have a shallow part] Maria keeps the garden area beautifully and it has some amazing trees! Pollença town is a 10/15 minute, easy [and pretty] walk away and we went there most days for dinner as it had a great selection of restaurants and it is a lovely, pretty town. The beaches are very close too, Port de Pollenca is only a 10 minute drive. There is a Lidl only a 2 minute drive away [easy to walk to] I really recommend and we hope to stay again here next year. :)

We are a family of two adults and two children (aged 11 and 8). We chose this property because it had the rooms we needed, air conditioning, and a private pool. Also because it was within easy walking distance from the town. Everything about the property was excellent! As it was hot, we were glad we had a pool, which we used a lot. Maria lives next door, and was available when needed, and was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the cool retreat of the main house, and the courtyard between it and the kitchen was a great place to eat and relax - even prettier than the photos suggest. This had everything we wanted for our two weeks - full marks!

Beautiful traditional property. Everything was clean, comfy beds, lovely pool, gorgeous gardens. Really peaceful area. 15 min walk into town, 15 min drive to the beach. Hosts were on hand if needed.
