Everything overall was great! We loved being able to park in the driveway and let ourselves in with the key code. The living areas could use a bit more furniture (bigger couch, dining table) but the house was in a great location for our visiting needs and worked out well for us.

Beautiful place

We came to Chicago from Los Angeles to spend time with family and celebrate my grand nephew’s first birthday. This home was everything it was listed to be and more. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood (and neighbors ) were absolutely lovely. The host manager was responsive to my texts and accommodating. I highly recommend, as long as its not for the next time we reserve this house, because we will definitely be back!

Location was great and house was clean.

I selected this property primarily because of its location. Three negatives to note: (1) Arriving to find only the ends of toilet paper rolls in both bathrooms was disconcerting and not welcoming. (2) The bedroom curtains were not sized correctly for privacy or light blockage. (3) I could definitely have done without the extended scary police activity next door on the third morning.

Big house, and clean, but the fridge didn't work everything had to be stored in the freezer, my 10 y/o son wanted to have a glass of milk but it was frozen. there were 5 forks, 5 spoons, 3 bowls, 5 mugs, which isnt enough for larger families. Needs more amenities, and the towels were wet and dirty I personally think a higher attention to detail would vastly increase success

We arrived 2 hours after check in and it was 80 - house had a smart thermostat which we set to 79 upon arrival 3 hours later house was still 78 degrees with still no response from management company- no owner- refrigerator was not cold we thought they just turned it on but after 2 hours our ice cream was soup in the freezer and we had no where to put our food or husband’s medication- still waiting to hear if I’ll get my refund- we left for a hotel. This was a 2- night stay for 800$ total- 1/2 was in fees- so hoping if management company give refund because they say unit is working- just not cooling the house- vrbo will compensate for the unacceptable condition temperature during Chicago heat wave
