Suburban Fab Part Deux

Perfect vacation rental for our daughter’s family. Host was super responsive, pictures were accurate, kitchen was beautifully equipped. Fireplace was an added bonus and some games for the kids. We created dining for six by moving the two chairs in the living room into the kitchen, plus two bar stools for extra dinner guests. Great experience!!

Another great stay! We have family in the area and its a great central location. Close to train, Chicago, tons of restaurants. The house is clean, comfortable and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay at this house. It was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was incredibly clean and was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog and the neighborhood was perfect for taking her for a walk. The neighborhood is nice and was very quiet. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer and a few detergent pods left for us. We used to live in the area and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week to visit family. It is a very nice house in a quiet neighbirhood. It is close to the Metra to get into Chicago. We will stay here again!

Pictures were accurate, and it is very nicely updated! Plenty of parking and we appreciated the option of using the garage. The covered back patio was awesome to hang out and play cards. Family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this place again.

We stayed at Matthew’s place for a week while we were selling our house and needed to be out of the way for open houses. It was the perfect space for our family: three great bedrooms (our daughter was thrilled with her unicorn bed), a big fenced in yard for our dog, laundry in unit, and a great park nearby.

This place was great. It was very clean, the aesthetic was comfortable and the finishes were well appointed. Communication was good and it was easy to get into the home. I’d definitely rent again.

Stayed for a week on a work trip and enjoyed the modern interior, spacious outlay, football-field sized TV .Will certainly consider staying here again when I’m back in town for work

The house has been very nicely remodeled. The kitchen is very nice. We would have liked it stocked with wine glasses and more cookware. There were plenty of bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Towels were soft and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. The bed and baseboards could have been cleaned better. Sheets were soft, but a bit thin for winter. The fenced in yard was fantastic. The location in the suburbs was excellent. It is a nice and quiet residential neighborhood.

My husband and I rented this gem for a week while our floors were getting redone. Stressed from a remodel, this gem felt like a mini vacation. Cute neighborhood! Walked the 1 mile loop many times with our dog. House is stocked adequately

Great property with modern upgrades. Spacious and very clean. So convenient having the kitchen accessories (coffee!) and other well thought out details. We would stay here again if in the area. Thanks!
