CHARMING BEACH VILLA-HUGE ROOFTOP DECK-600 FEET FROM THE BEACH

What’s not to like?!?! Our host, Greg, was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. His house was perfect for us! He had everything we needed for a beach-centered vacation that we couldn’t bring on the flight with us. The roof top area was fun for evening board games. The house was as clean as whistle. The outside shower was a nice touch to clean the sand off before going in the house. We would recommend this place to all our friends, but only if we haven’t rented it first. Thanks again, Greg! We had an awesome week.

My best friend, our kids, and I were able to reconnect and relax in this charming, cozy, updated beach villa. Gregg was a fantastic, communicative, and gracious host! Not only was the villa clean with a fully-equipped kitchen, the location was within a short walk to the beach, bar, coffee, and more! We absolutely loved hanging out on the rooftop deck - it doubled the living space!! We also got to enjoy the music and ambient of the bar without the crowds and smoke. Gregg provides everything you need for your stay and beach days, and it was really convenient to have the outdoor shower and laundry equipment. We'll definitely stay again!

Absolutely awesome place to stay! Nothing beats that rooftop patio! So many beach accessories from chairs, umbrellas,coolers,toys, a cart! It was the perfect place to come back and chill after the beach and sunsets!

Our family of four had such an amazing time while staying here! Everything you need and so much more. Gregg was an amazing host and we would love to come back. Very close walk to the uncrowded beach and lots of dining options around as well.

We loved this fabulous house! It was so stocked with everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect, quiet roads, but close to the beach, the trolley stop, the bar and the great coffee shop. We were so grateful for the use of the beach items and our granddaughter built a really cool sandcastle! We spent lots of time on the deck upstairs at night, it was our favorite spot to relax after the busy day. Glad we got to meet you, Gregg, and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Gregg’s house. He had lots of beach equipment that was perfect for using and spending the whole day at the beach. The location was very convenient to walking to the beach with a stop at Indian Shores coffee shop on the way. We loved all the quirky beach themed decor in the house. The rooftop lounge area was great for chilling in the evening when we were wore out from the beach. We met Gregg and he stopped in to congratulate us on our wedding. He was very friendly and truly cared that we had a good stay in his house. We would definitely stay again.

Great long weekend stay. A close walk to the beach with a great coffee shop on the way. The roof top deck was fantastic and we enjoyed listening to the music from Mahuffers. The trolly stop is close and made it easy to get to Clearwater and John’s Pass.

Gregg was great! Our stay was beyond what we asked for! Walk to the beach was short and easy to get to. It felt like a real vacation for us with our 3 little ones. We will definitely be back! He recommended the coffee shop right by the villa. Our kids loved their mango smoothie.

Perfect beach location! Easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds and has most of what you need! Even a beach read! Communication w owner is prompt and extremely helpful! House is great for 4 people... will definitely come back!

We could not have had a better experience staying at Gregg's beachhaus! The place was exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, 5-min walk to the beach (if that). Everything needed for a beach vacation was available: towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all. Gregg was super responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The bar across the street, Mahuffer's, has live music and was a great way to wind down for the night. You're steps away from some great restaurants and a short drive to even more places to eat, breweries, mini golf, and more. We already can't wait to go back next spring break! This beach house is a great find. The beach is a short walk away as are several good restaurants. Our host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. He made our stay the best it could be. We would happily return another year.

The house was updated and quite cute but has the smell of a place that was impacted by a hurricane or water. Nearly all the buildings on that side of the road were being renovated/rebuilt due to hurricane damage and not livable. The rooftop deck was a nice amenity but animals must use it after hours based on large droppings. We did not use the deck and discovered this on our last night. Great news for the next renter, the cable people replaced all the wiring into the house for the tv and internet on our second day. Gregg the owner (?) was very receptive and communicative in helping get the internet challenge fixed. The location is very near the beach (5 minutes) and directly across the street from a bar with live music. With some attention, the place can be a great option for adults.

We had a wonderful stay, they villa was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Greg was very responsive when I had a question and was very helpful. The villa did have a musty smell to it and there were some sugar ants in the bathroom but overall the house was clean and we loved the outdoor shower. Would recommend curtains in the bedrooms. As it gets very bright in the morning when the sun comes up. Best thing about the place is it’s literally a minute walk from the beach!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The house was spotless, easy to find, and had such a warm, inviting feel. It's just a short, easy walk to the beach—perfect for morning strolls or sunset views with minimal effort.Gregg, our host, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by allowing us an early check-in, which made a big difference since we were coming in from out of town. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with plenty of local charm. There's a bar right next door, but you’d never know it—it was completely quiet at night, and we slept peacefully every night of our stay.This place had the perfect balance of comfort, location, and convenience. We’d love to come back again—whether with friends or family, it’s a spot we could easily return to. Highly, highly recommend!
