Charming and stylish country house in a very quiet location

Very charming house. Very near of Innsbruck! The house is huge, confortable, beautiful. All was perfect.

We were group of two families. All together 9 persons. The House worked very well. We loved our stay. Renters were very helpful and friendly. Strong recomendation!

The house was lovely and perfect for our families to stay in and explore the area. the host was very easy to be in touch with and wonderful about accommodating our needs. Highly recommended!

The house was wonderful. I had been renting houses since 2011, and by far this was one of the best. We were 2 families and each family enjoyed the fully equipped seperated floor of it's own. Kitchen in every floor each fully equiped and same for the two bathrooms. The heating worked perfectly. The convenient location close to Innsbruck was perfect to explore tyrol region.

We were two families with 3 kids. Our stay was very enjoyable. Kitchens and bathrooms were clean and updated. My only negative was a little confusion on daily rate. I booked a three night stay and then the owner representative approved my stay request, but then told me my nightly rate was more than advertised. I communicated with the owner and was able to come to an agreement and all was good. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed every second of our stay. The house surpassed our expectations and had pretty much everything we needed. Everythign was modern and updated and very nicely decorated. The house was very comfortable and plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Incredible hiking and biking trails were very close by, the grocery store was just down a little hill and we walked to the local bakery every morning for breakfast. The bank had an atm but they also exchange dollars for Euros. The town was amazing and we found some local resturants that were delicious. I would recommend this house and location to anyone coming to this region of Austria. It was conveniently close to Innsbruck where we were able to catch the train for an overnight stay in Italy. My only negative is that the owner does not accept credit card as payment so I had to wire money to their bank which cost me considerably in bank fees.

We were five family members and all adults. The house is in three levels and a separate garden. It is located in quite scenary area but well surviced with near by grocery and cable car for hking. The house owner and her house coordinator were of great help. The house well furnished and the garden is equiped with Tennis table, table and chair and bar b que set. I would love to rent it again

we was 7 adults and 2 kids the home was excellent and beautiful , the location was very nice. we got a warm welcome from mrs renate she was very helpful and very kind, and also she did for me a cake for my birthday. the home was clean and quite, and the garden was big and very nice

A very nice house; ideal for 2 families with children. The house contains everything you need for a nice holiday: two bathrooms, 4 sleeping-rooms, eating/dining-room, 2 living-rooms. The house is situated near the cabin-lift, which brings you to a small but quiet ski-resort. An area perfect for beginners and children. They can play and sledge (small hill) right in front of the house. It's possible to ski right to the house. In 20/25 minutes you reach larger ski-resorts (Axamer Lizum and Kuhtai). We've had a warm welcome by the tenant and a perfect time with Christmas.
