Beautiful Villa!! Lots of bedrooms and baths!! Large eating areas with commercial kitchen plus BBQ outside. Bar area was a great hang out area for 19 of us. The owner and family were nearby to check on us. You are only 10 minutes from stores etc. The villa is in the country so you must drive everywhere. The pool area was great area and so was the outdoor eating area. This villa has 2 bedrooms with three beds. It also has 3 apartments next to house each with small kitchenette and loft with another bed. Six bedrooms total in the house and each have bathrooms and bonus room on 2nd floor. This place will not disappoint and the views are amazing!!

It was clean and lovingly maintained with plenty of space. Alessandro and his family are fantastic and always available for you.

Very large property with plenty of bedrooms and dinning areas, kitchens. Lots of towels and bedding. 3 refrigerators and professional size ice maker. Fantastic week. Family of 18. We absolutely loved this property and the facilities. Great air conditioning and the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Loved the large professional kitchen and large dining tables that accommodated 18 people easily. Also had a large tv for kids entertainment. We received a free cake and home made wine on our last night. Very nice host. Many thanks to you.

We were in Alessandro's villa as a youth group of 20 people. The exchange with the owner was great even before our arrival. Alessandro showed us the house in detail and was responsive the whole week. He even brought us a cake. The house is in very good condition, although it looks a bit old on the pictures. In addition, the villa is in an isolated location and the level of privacy is great. Also the pool which is located in a beautifully maintained garden and the whirlpool were in very good condition and were cleaned daily. Overall, the villa is unbeatable for the price and really very nice. We will definitely come back! Jakob

Alessandro and his family were very welcoming and helpful. The villa was very clean and has everything you need. A nice relaxing week away in the Italian Countryside.

We had an amazing family gathering at Alessandro’s country home. We were five families with a total of 16 persons who lived very comfortable. The place could easily have fit another 4-5 persons. It’s set up like a hotel even though you rent the entire place. So lots of privacy and each room has its own bathrooms. Most rooms also had AC which was great. It’s even more high end than the pictures show with a large industrial kitchen and many inside and outside spacious dining areas. The pool is large (about 15 m) and lovely. Alessandro was very responsive to the few requests that we had. The home is beautifully situated with a five minutes drive to town where there are a few restaurants and bigger grocery stores. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the closest beach and many other larger beaches within a 30 min drive. It’s simply a wonderful place and we can highly recommend it!

We stayed at Alessandros villa with our family for a week. From first day everything went smooth. The host was always available and very helpful. He helped with catering, excursions, wine tasting etc etc. Alessandro is guaranteed the best host I have ever met. The surroundings is beautiful and the village close by have everything you need. The house is big and each apartment/room has their own facilities. Pool and outside spa was perfect. We had a great time in Montegranaro, I am sure this was not our last visit here.

We were a group of 21, made up of 5 families and this property was perfect for us all. The house is secluded in a beautiful area surrounded by fields and had enough bedrooms & bathrooms in the house and the two double bedrooms and 3 x apartments to the side to fit us all in comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for large groups. The pool was cleaned daily and we spent most of our time there! The outside seating areas was great for eating and sitting together in the evenings for games and chats. Alessandro and family were very friendly and available to help with anything if we needed it. There is a beach 20 mins away and we also explored the wider area, the water park in the mountains as well as other beaches. The property is well signposted and easy to find. There is wifi at the property. All of us had a wonderful time and would recommend it, we would definitely return again if coming back to this area.
