The house was great and the host communication was great. They were available to help with as much or little as we needed. It was just a short uber ride into town. The gated community was amazing. The pool and kitchen area were perfect.

We would highly recommend this home. The staff and service was excellent

The property exceeded our expectations and the service that was provided was top notch. By far one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. The views were priceless. Also Highly recommend utilizing the private Chef the menu options are great and customizable and they do an excellent job preparing and presenting the food. Everything tasted amazing. Would recommend this place to any group staying in the Cabo/Pedregal area.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! What can I say about this AMAZING Property but more importantly the hospitality team that literally catered to us our entire time! Alan, Alejandro, Mercedes, Katya, Jorge, Gabriella are ALL ROCKSTARS!! We were absolutely spoiled by these guys the entire time!! Case in point, I had sent a recipe for a Papaya Juice from the airport as we were leaving and when we arrived in the evening; Alejandro already had it made ready for us! Unbelievable! Mercedes was our Butler / Bartender and what a joy it was to have him with us the entire time! He always made sure we had a drink in hand. Whether it be coffee or a cocktail, he had us covered! Katya and Jorge were our chefs and OMG! Every request we had prior to our trip and during was carefully catered and all of our dishes were made with love!! And it showed! Gabriella handled the maid service and she was there at 7am daily to make sure the house was always spotless! Last but not least - Alan and Alejandro! These 2 are the dream team handling all the logistics and communication with them was excellent! Everyday Alejandro and or Alan were there to make sure all things went to plan. But the highlight was my Wifes Birthday Dinner. To say they ran that dinner like a French Brigade at a 5 star restaurant is an understatement! It was absolutely incredible how much they took care of us! At this point, we wouldn't want any other team with us ever moving forward! Now for the house, PERFECT!! Location, Location, Location!!

We had the most incredible weekend proposal with friends and family at this rental. From the planning to the moment we arrived Lawrence was fantastic. This property exceeded our expectations in every way, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We will return!!

The property was amazing and as described. It was modern, clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was on point with communication, but the Concierge Alan was terrible and took days of no communication before the host would have to press on the concierge to answer basic questions leading up to the get away. Onsite, it was mildly better, but still big gaps in communication, details and response time. On the day of checkout the cleaning crew arrived at 9 am and watched everyone eat and prepare for an 11 am checkout. This was also very poorly organized as nobody wants people standing around looking at them as they are trying to eat and checkout. The clean up crew should have come after the 11 am checkout which was not a good way to end the vacation.

First off, the house itself was stunning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing. The rain showers in the bathrooms were like a spa experience every time we used them – such a great touch! The entire space was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, making it ideal for our group.What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional staff. Alan and Alejandro, the house managers, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly accommodating, helping us with anything from arranging transportation to recommending local spots. Their attention to detail made us feel like we were in the best hands the entire time.Whether it was lounging by the pool, having dinner prepared for us, or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings, this house was the perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend to remember. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, hassle-free stay in Cabo. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

How was great and Lawrence the owner and Alan the concierge made everything easy highly recommend this for a family. The five bedrooms were all well appointed and the kitchen family room overlooking the pool with the view of the bay was exceptional.

Our time at Casa Santos was wonderful. Location excellent, home management superb, house staff friendly, warm, polite and helpful. The owner was provided insightful information on many facets of our trip- truly put everyone at ease and eager to enjoy this beautiful place.
