Stayed Aug 10, 2019Having a pool in a beautiful garden this close to Pollença square (8 minute walk through the old town) was perfect for us. House is very comfortable and the garden and pool were immaculate. Highly recommended

Stayed Jun 9, 2018Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was lack of bathrooms in the main house for 6 adults and 1 child Outdoor bathroom great during the day but not for use during the night. Internal staircase would have been leathal during the night to get to the upstairs toilet as the toddler slept in a travel bed on the upstairs sitting space so we had the lights off This made the downstairs bedroom redundant Also one bathroom ready for an update which we know is due soon That said it’s a lovely house with good ammenaties and easy to walk into Pollensa to eat and for the bakery nearby Could have done with some more wine glasses and a bolt for the new garden gate. With a toddler he could have opened the gate if we were not vigslenr but we put a sun bed across! Sounds more negative than positive but we had a fab time - just constructive feedback!

Stayed Jul 29, 2017This villa was in a perfect location to get into Pollensa Old Town the Accommodation was superb including the pool area and manicured gardens. outside bbq kitchen with fridge and dishwasher was of a very high standard even though we didn't get round to using it. If we chose to come back to Pollensa we would definitely stay here again. Furniture in the villa to a very high standard the owners have thought of everything our Grand Children loved it so much they cried when we had to leave yesterday.

Stayed May 5, 2017Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.

Stayed May 28, 2016Firstly the location is great, it is right on the edge of the old town which means that it is a short stroll to the numerous shops, bars and restaurants. You get a bit of passing traffic but this is not a problem. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with modern furnishings and appliances, the walk in shower is a nice touch. The rooms are a little small, which is to be expected of a villa located so near to the centre of town, but this is more than made up for by the fantastic outdoor space. The garden is very large and on one level which is important for the children, it is lovingly maintained so is a joy to be in. The pool is a good size and shallow at one end, again important for the children, there are plenty of sun loungers which is always important. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area is amazing, we used the outside dining family table all the time, it is nicely shaded with a great view over the garden. You will need a car to visit the beaches but I would recommend this anyway so you can explore some of the less busy beaches around the north and east of Majorca. I'd fully recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a family holiday where you like making the most of the villa, you can easily spend days in the garden enjoying the sun and surroundings.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house when described to us by Villavida sounded perfect and fit our criteria of Pool, Garden, BBQ, few stairs, well appointed rooms and of a high quality. It delivered this and so much more. To find a house like this in Pollensa with a lovely garden and good sized pool centrally to bars and restaurants was a big ask. The house is beautiful. Clearly the owners have invested a lot of time and money to make this a home and not just a holiday let. From the tasteful décor, good sized rooms and fully equipped kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The outdoor space for us was fantastic. An entire kitchen outdoors with BBQ, hob and even a dishwasher. Fully fitted bathroom, sun loungers with fluffy beach towels and even its own lemon tree and herb garden. Everything was well maintained both inside and outside with constant hot water, immaculately clean and just delightful. The pictures really do not do the property justice. The agent visited to make sure we had everything we needed and had a great local knowledge of the Town and surrounding area. With only a 10 minute walk from the house to the main square it's very convenient for that all important tapas lunch and people watching. A bakery with freshly hot baked bread for breakfast is only 2 mins away as is a local bar literally next to the old roman bridge. Set in stunning scenery with a backdrop of mountains and the acid greenery of vines we could not have been happier in our choice of Villa. Highly recommended. Hasta Pronto Casa Pont Roma.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Four adult siblings and our lovely Mum stayed at Casa Pont Roma. My criteria was very specific as Mum doesn't walk far or many stairs! The villa fit the bill perfectly. 4 lovely bedrooms. 2 doubles and two twins. Ideal for two families sharing, group of friends or large family. Stunning setting on the edge of town. Easy walking (10 mins) to the main square, no steps! The villa delivered every promise. From beautifully appointed rooms, a fully equiped kitchen to a good sized pool set in a well tended garden, complete with lemon tree and herb garden! Sun loungers with fluffy beach towels. BBQ, 4 ring hob, fridge, sink and even a dishwasher and washing machine! A bathroom with shower and loads of hot water! Total outdoor living! We have had such an amazing time staying at Casa Pont Roma and can't wait to return. The owners have clearly invested time and money into this property. The quality and thoughtful touches make this a home you want to enjoy and make memories in. Hasta pronto!!
