Stayed Mar 18, 2025We had a great time.The villa was as described and all was working fine.Best to have a car as restaurants are 20 min walk, the beach 30min.Should we go back to this area we'd choose this place again

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The stay was great and all in order. The location was great but you do need a car to around. Great beaches and local restaurants in the area. The rental agent's service was tops.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great accommodation, plenty of space and fully equipped for a relaxing break. Pool is a real bonus with beach about 20 minute walk away. Quiet location, perfect for a peaceful holiday.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was a pleasant house, with all amenities. It was clean and well cared for. The terrace with a south-facing view was lovely. The air conditioners made it easy to heat the room even in the evenings, which are still cold in January/February. The house is located in a separate neighborhood, further from Altura than expected. A walk to the village center is not easy. The house was a bit damp, especially in one of the bedrooms. The manager of the house was not present at our reception, which was annoying. She was also unable to be present when we left. Telephone contact was good and a complaint about the WiFi was resolved fairly quickly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Just returned after 14 fabulous days in the villa. Can't fault anything with it. Hot weather, air conditioning inside. Pool lovely. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms all good size. KatyPau was very helpful and friendly. Not far from Altura shops (car) Monte Gordo beach is lovely with many restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful peaceful location with a few animals sounds to keep you entertained. Just get a cafe/bar built nearer too the villa so you can walk to it.
