Beautiful property 30mins from Nice centre and 10 mins from the promenade at St Laurent du Var. It is a bit isolated so a car is needed to get about, especially to the Supermarket but otherwise nice and peaceful with great views. Uber is not the most reliable there. Jean Paul, the owner, was very helpful and acommodating. Overall, wonderful.

This house is perfect for a family who likes a clean modern central house in the Cote d'Azur. The kitchen is fully loaded with all kind of furniture; the beds are very nice, bathrooms perfect. If there is something; Tracey is always there (we needed her just 1 time in the 12 days we stayed in the house; everything was perfect and okay).

This is a great property. Fabulous pool, fabulous view and to be honest. I struggled to find anything it didn’t have. It’s a short drive from Saint Laurent Du Var and the train to Nice and Monaco or Cannes. There was some difficult getting taxis both Uber and local but it worked out eventually. Really quiet at night and not for those who wish to be in the middle of things with the ability to walk to bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this to any family. Tracey was in contact with us prior to arrival which made everything happen smoothly and efficiently.

The Villa Mathilda is a beautiful villa is the South of France with all the amenities you could ask for . Beautiful pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean, as well appointed kitchen . The host Tracy was wonderful. Great vacation!

Lovely stay

from arriving to leaving the villa was perfect. It is so well equipped and comfortable. The views from the garden/pool area are beautiful, it is very peaceful with no noise from the road or neighbouring villas. Highly recommended!

Very, very nice house. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very nicely and super well equipped. The house was very clean, nothing was missing. We recommend it especially to families with slightly older children. (unsecured stairs). Tracy is a great host and made us feel welcome. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the house. A car is highly recommended as shopping facilities are about 10 minutes drive away (hilly). We would come again immediately.

We cannot say enough about our stay at this villa. The property manager was accommodating and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service for us. Our travel plans changed suddenly and she was flexible and very quick to respond. The villa itself is 100% accurate to how beautiful the pictures display it. It is very well-stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable and the common seating areas were well-arranged for our party of 4 adults, but could easily accommodate up to 6 adults. We cooked our meals in the villa and were lacking nothing. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was very clean, as was the hot tub. The views from the villa are stunning and the location is close to a small town which has everything you need. Our only complaint was that we had to leave. We will definitely be bringing our kids and their partners back to this villa with us. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay while being very close to the major attractions along the French Riviera, this is the spot for you!

Well equipped modern villa in a peaceful location with fantastic views. The villa, pool and hot tub were immaculate. A car is essential as the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive. Tracey was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble for her. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend this villa.
