This is a fantastic 3-bedroom townhouse in the heart of sort-after Capistrano village with access to a communal pool and a cafe only 1 minute from the property.The pool is communal, so any modification to the conditions of use or temporary closure by the community is beyond our control.
As you enter this property you find yourself in a cozy seating area with an amazing view of the sea with 3 sets of French doors opening onto a large modern open-plan kitchen dining area the kitchen is fullyequipped with everything you need.
just off the dining area, there is a small hallway with a full bathroom, at the end is the first large double bedroom very bright and modern with a terrace area also accessed from the main seating area with some of the best uninterrupted views of the sea.
as you walk down the steps in the garden area you find yourself a quaint seating area and BBQ here you have access to 2 nice-sized double bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
