- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500 as we understand accidents happen. However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

- El Cantil is a vibrant and premier oceanfront property that can experience periods of construction upgrades to improve the overall guest experience. These are usually confined to one unit per building at a time and only occur between the hours of 9am-5pm.

    Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Graciela Cozumel very much. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and the condo is just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants and an easy taxi ride to a lot more. Such a great place hope to return in the future.

    Can’t go wrong staying at Casa Graciela!Our family of 4 just got Scuba certified, El Cantil is conveniently located on the pier where many dive companies will pick you up. The condo was breathtaking! Amazingly clean, well decorated and love the open floor plan! We ate out local to get the full experience but all utensils are provided should you want cook. The beds were so comfortable! I really appreciated the water dispenser! Watching the sunset from the balcony was awesome! I could go on about how perfect this condo was for our family, our boy/girl 13 year olds really liked having their own rooms.

    On our first day in Cozumel we arrived at the property around 4:15 on Sunday afternoon but no check in instructions were provided by VRBO. We had no communication so we were very confused about how to get into the unit. We found out later that the property manager forgot to meet us on site to go over check in. An hour later she came by and went over procedures. Upon entering the condo, it was exactly as advertised. Very beautifully appointed, with stunning views out of every window. This is one of the nicer units in Cozumel and, for the most part, we really enjoyed the property. Apart from the chaotic check in we only had one other significant issue. About 200 yards North of the property is a bar called Cantina 101. Unfortunately, every night, the club played loud music outdoors until long after midnight. The master bedroom is closest to the noise so we could hear the bass making it very difficult to sleep. We sleep with really loud noise machines but it was not enough to drown out the noise (sounded like the club was right outside the window) I don’t recommend this property for light sleepers. We are not light sleepers but it drove us NUTS. This as the most disappointing part of our trip.At the end of the day the property is perfect EXCEPT for the noise.

    We had a wonderful stay at Casa Graciela! Such a luxurious condo that has been tastefully decorated with amazing art work and furnishings. Very spacious and quiet. The huge balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The pool area at this complex is very clean with a large area for guests to spread out and enjoy. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. The location is great, with two grocery stores nearby and some great restaurants within walking distance. The employees of the condominium do a great job assisting with luggage, calling taxis, maintaining the property and greeting us, coming and going. We highly recommend this property.
