Casa del Mar Beach House, Infinity Pool, View

If I could rate 10 stars I would. The property was very clean and beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond exceptions with not only the house amenities which included more than anything you will need, but also gave recommendations for restaurants, excursions, etc. Communications prior to booking and during our stay were exceptional. We can't wait to visit again!

The setting of Casa Del Mar is idyllic. Twelve of us could easily sit around the pool and we were only a flight of stairs from an essentially private beach.

The pool was beautiful! The host left lots of beach toys and floaties things for the kids. House was well stocked and very well labeled.

The house was very clean and ready for us. We had 14 people and plenty of room for everyone. The house is huge and beautiful! You cannot access the second floor from the first floor. There are two different doors to access top and bottom floors.There is a dog that stays close to the property. He was very friendly and our family loves dogs. He was very stinky - but we had zero issues with him. However, he seemed very concerned with the kids were in the ocean in front of the house.The owner had everything you would need for your stay. We brought a tent, but they had one there, along with beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The bar was convenient. We aren't bar people, but the food was good and it was nice to walk over and get a drink in the evening. NO issues with noise.The electric went out on our first night and the generator kicked on and stayed on through the night and into the second day.If you travel up the hill from the house - check out the restaurants on the weekend - they are closed during the week.

Our vacation was wonderful, the house had all the amenities to please everyone. We loved the corner restaurant and food truck.

There was a lot we loved about this stay. The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are truly beautiful and well maintained. The bar/restaurant next door has great food and reasonable prices. What we didn't love about the stay was that the listing did not disclose that the ocean - so beautiful and inviting in the pictures - was often unsafe for swimming. We learned this from the owner, after we had arrived. We also did not love that the listing did not make note that the many kiosks it mentions (and all other attractions) were only accessible by car, since the road near the house is very narrow, busy and has no sidewalks. The property itself is amazing, but it ended up being a very different vacation than we had planned for.

We had an amazing time, there is so much to see and do . The house was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely go back there again.

Great time at the house. Weather was nice on almost all our days. Small issue where we lost wifi for about 2 days but not owners fault. Easy to communicate with.

We loved this house. Very comfortable and spacious, we rented both villas as a family of 12. Everything was perfect, and the pool was awesome. We did 3 excursions on our 6 night stay, and wrapped up our week stopping in Old San Juan and touring the fort. The location of the house was within an hour of each excursion. Nice local bar across the street with lovely owners/staff. The grandkids loved the chickens and baby chicks too!I would go back and definitely recommend staying at Casa Del Mar. This place is absolutely beautiful! It is just as pictured on the listing. There is everything you need there. The sunrise is spectacular. The home is very clean. The hosts have been amazing when I have asked questions. It was the best vacation ever!

This was an awesome vrbo and we had a great time !

My husband, myself, 5 adult children and 5 grandkids stayed for 5 days and didn’t want to leave! We rented the whole house and had plenty of room for everyone. Comfy beds, awesome pool the grandkids basically lived in and lots of outdoor furniture for relaxing in. They also had a “in case you forgot we got you covered” bins in each bathroom. Very very nice as mine and my husband’s luggage didn’t arrive until the next day. Very nice property and I highly recommend!

We stayed at Casa Del Mar for an extended family trip - kids 2-17 yo. adults and grandparents. This property was a great fit for our group - we had space to accommodate our group of 13, there is a large backyard with private pool for the kids to roam safely and play, and it is located within close proximity of the activities we wanted to do while in Puerto Rico. This is the most well-appointed house I have ever stayed at: beach towels, pool/beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs; cookware, dinnerware, and spices - all we needed were our clothes and groceries! On recommendation from Melanie, we hired Chef Chango to cater in a Puerto Rican style meal and it was fantastic!A car is a must-have and there is ample parking space for 3-4 cars. There are lots of options for excursions including fishing, snorkeling, and horseback riding, all within a 30-min drive. The water at the property's beach has an undertow that us midwesterners weren't comfortable with so we took a short drive to a public beach near Punta Tuna. It was perfect for the littles and still fun for the bigger kids.One of our 9 yo kids said: When we come back to Puerto Rico we are staying at this exact same house! I love it here!! We highly recommend Casa del Mar!

Excellent location overlooking a beach and Atlantic ocean. Beach was great for walking and some beachcombing. The two 3 bed two bath villas were very conveniently separated on different floors and a set of exterior stairs. Only used teh one kitchen, but each villa has one. This is my only VRBO that was very organized with labels for cabinets/drawers, just in case toiletry items, more than enough towels, very clean pool with plenty of pool toys, Smart TVs with streaming. Generac back-up was seamless and needed with a transformer outage. Communication and guides were very responsive and accessible in hard copy and sent by e-mail. Perfect for three generation family vacay.

Went with kids and grandkids to celebrate my 75th birthday and it was memorable! House was big enough for 11 of us with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. The view was simply amazing and sunrises spectacular. House was meticulous , grounds impeccable, and the pool was pristine.Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and extremely helpful before and during our trip regarding restaurants, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Del Mar without hesitation.

We just returned from a week at Casa Del Mar and miss it already! The home fit all 14 of us (ages 11-80) comfortably and was well equipped for just about any activity you would want to do. The owners are very helpful and responsive and provide many thoughtful extras. The beach is very secluded and uncrowded—in fact we barely saw another person on the beach all week long! The area is a small community with mostly locals which we really liked. Anything you might need is a short drive away and it’s very easy to get around. Our favorite part by far was the outdoor space. The pool and yard area are the nicest I’ve ever experienced in my many years of using vacation rentals. 5-star experience and can’t wait to return!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful and the hosts have done a GREAT job of labeling and explaining all of the things. Our family of 13 had plenty of room. We loved having the restaurant 50 feet from the gate and frequented it every single day...multiple times! :-) Our interactions with Ivan and Ramon were friendly, prompt and helpful. The beach was too rough for our littles, but the beautiful pool made that not matter at all. We LOVED it and it will be a high contender for our next family vacation in a few years! Thanks for a great stay!!!!!!!!!
