Stayed Jan 24, 2026The house was amazing! We had a group of 5 couples and it gave us plenty of room to spread out. The view is perfect. The house has everything you need, we wanted for nothing. Windspree Vacation Homes was super easy to work with and quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend!!!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The driveway was very bumpy, but as soon as we got to the house, it was worth it. The view was unbelievable. At first the bedrooms were a little musty, but figured maybe they hadn’t used those rooms lately. The living space was very nice. Large enough for our group of 10. Beautiful beaches were near by. Several local places to eat were close. Any problem we had Emma responded quickly and took care of the issue. Would definitely recommend this to others

Stayed Dec 27, 2021We have been to St Johns a few times now but never stayed in Coral Bay. This was a great experience as the nature and views are awesome from this house perched on top of a hill. Great location for a more peaceful sejour and only 20 -30 min jeep ride if you want ot head to the more touristy areas. There are some good restaurants in the area including SkinnyLegs and Rumbl, as well as a good pizza place and Lime Out. Hosts were very responsive and directions were clear, On our list for our next trip.

Stayed Apr 24, 2021The home was everything we were searching for. We loved the secluded location and the incredible views from the terrace. Sweeping sea views with blue open skies and gorgeous star gazing at night. It wasn’t very buggy but we visited at end of April, so I’m not sure if that’s part of the reason. The breeze into the bedroom was phenomenal. It seems all the bedrooms face the sea so breeze is amazing. We visited with two of us staying at the home so we didn’t take up the whole house but we had access to main quarters which was truly perfect. The pool was small but not too small. It was perfect for the both of us, and honestly, we used it a lot less because of the access to beautiful beaches nearby. The pool does get a shade after 2-3pm because the sun prepares to set on the other side of the island (Cruz Bay). It wasn’t a deal breaker for us since we didn’t anticipate being in the pool at that time anyway. The kitchen had many items needed to cook, but pantry had minimal basics which I was prepared for so bring your own spices if you want. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms have fans which was also a nice touch. Cable worked which was good for late night before bedtime. Wifi worked well without issue. I’d recommend the home. Karen from Windspree was also very attentive whenever we had an inquiry. She followed up on it. She also took care to mail an item I left behind. She was prompt to contact me when the cleaning staff turned in my forgotten item. Truly amazing.

Stayed Mar 12, 2021Coral bay was a quiet and amazing spot. The house was beautiful. View was remarkable. Kitchen well stocked with basics and all the pans/dishes you could need. One note, the two lower bedrooms are separate from the house which was odd but we made use of the upstairs rooms instead. Those lower rooms were also rather musty but I think that was a feature of low use due to covid. I don’t think it was avoidable. The team was amazing and put up with my concerns with a kind heart, remarkable patience and a solution focused approach. You will 100% need a car- ours got canceled and it caused a lot of headaches! Many thanks to the managers for all the help!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I visited this house in march with two other couples. It was an amazing week, my wife and I wish we could have stayed longer. Its everything we wanted and more. The set up of the bedrooms and guest cottage worked quite well. I could see this house being perfect for large family gatherings. The downstairs rooms connect to a small play area. The master and guest suite are on either side of the kitchen. The guest house is down a floor next to the pool area. The house, patio, and rooms were excellently cleaned. That picturesque cliff view of the water in the morning will stay with me for a long time. I made sure the last day I got to see a sunrise from the patio, it was beautiful. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and they keep a well stocked pantry with all the spices and condiments you could need. We celebrated a birthday and it was a breeze cooking rib-eye steaks on the grill and they provide grill utensils. Appliances were on the newer side and in excellent working condition. The outdoor showers I think were one of my favorite parts. After a long day at pristine white sand beaches. It was a nice feeling to take a cool outdoor shower to clean up before dinner. The house is an incredible destination, but like any vacation on St John, it is up to you what kind of vacation to have. St John is a place to unplug, incredible beaches on the island, so much to explore. My favorite beach was a toss up between Trunk and Maho. I didn't get a chance to go hiking but that is on my list for next time. The local restaurants on the coral bay side offered good food for decent prices. I think Cruze bay eateries are over rated and so far away to not be worth the trek. No consistent cell service on the island, but why would you want it? At the house you could get connected if you wanted to, it has an internet phone for calls to the main land, and a local phone for calls on the island. Consistent Wifi connection in the kitchen, upstairs bedrooms, and patio. The one caveat is I would warn guests about the driveway, it is easy to miss and unpaved. It really isn’t a problem with the typical jeep wranglers people rent on the island. I plan on returning to this gem of an island. Remember you can’t drink all day on the beach, unless you start early.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful villa for our group of 10 close family and friends. Stunning views and plenty of space for all of us. We enjoy the snorkeling opportunities and great restaurants on the east side of St. John. However I have to mention that the villa needs a little cleaning TLC and could use some new kitchen appliances. The refrigerator could not keep our food cold enough and the oven would not stay on while trying to bake a casserole. Bed and bath floors need good scrubbing and curtains in master bedroom need washing (very dirty and dusty). All in all we recommend this villa - especially after some extra cleaning and new kitchen appliances.
