Stayed Sep 2, 2025We stayed 5 nights - house is in a great location- we were able to explore the whole island! Was great to have the swimming pool to come back to after a day of hiking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a good meal. Overall the whole house was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023We were greeted by Sandra, she was an excellent host, easy communication and she helped us with places to visit during our stay. The property was amazing with a little farm near by, with chickens, gooses, turkeys … the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The location was near the airport and other view points. Upon arrival we were greeted with a fresh basket of eggs,bread,milk… We will return in the futur!

Stayed Jun 27, 2023Our flight into Ponta Delgada was delayed until midnight and the host assured us it was no issue and met us at the house at 1:00am. What service and hospitality! The home is absolutely perfect and was exactly as pictured. We wish we could have stayed longer and just enjoy the house and surrounding landscape. Was the perfect place to spend 3 days and an end to our Portuguese vacation. Thank you so much!

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Set on top of a hill overlooking the Ocean, the setting is ideal while within easy reach of Ponta Delgada. We had a very comfortable stay. Sandra, the host, was amazingly kind and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.
