- A very private and well-equipped villa with a large private heated pool set into a large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains by the sea.
- Sited on an elevated and large corner-plot that provides beautiful and uninterrupted views of the mountains by the Mediterranean sea and that also prevents any passers-by from seeing into the garden and pool areas.
- Located in the exquisite Mazarron Country Club - which is by far the nicest urbanization on the whole of theCosta Calida.
- Close to the many facilities in the local area and only 14 minutes drive to the beaches.

Highlights:
• Large and very private south-facing garden space around the private heated pool.
• Lots of space to relax in the sun and enjoy the stunning views and the pool.
• VERY comfortable pool-side outside furniture and with a great gas fired BBQ with lots of accessories next to all of this.
• The pool was renovated in April 2024 and has inbuilt seating on both sides of the steps. A pool heater was installed in April 2025.
• A spacious new living & dining room overlooking the pool and the nearby panoramic mountain scenery. (built in May 2025)
• Only 14 minutes’ drive to excellent Blue Flag beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranen sea.
• Very quiet central air conditioning (that does cold and hot) in all rooms in the villa. The front conservatory (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) and the new living & dining rooms both have their own dedicated AC units.
• Quiet ceiling fans in all rooms
• Large 60 flat screen TV with UK/DE/ES/FR/NL channels.
• TV with DVD in rear bedroom and further TV in front bedroom
• Excellent and Free 100Mb internet connection (soon to be upgraded to Starlink) with good Wi-Fi signal throughout the house and garden.
• Insect net frames on all windows and doors.
• Comfortably furnished and air conditioned conservatory at front of house - great for quiet reading or sunsets with a glass of wine.
• Large automatic temperature controlled shower with no-step entry and folding seat.
• Private and secure off-road parking under a protective carport with a dedicated Tesla wall-box for EV charging. (4kW/20A and only 10 cents per kWh at night from 01:00 to 07:00)

• Last but not least, the large solar energy system sustainably powers the entire property via the sun with zero CO² emissions.. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This also means that the house is grid power-cut-proof. (as was recently proven in April 2025)

    What can we say!! Amazing experience on booking, arriving at the villa to leaving x Callum was an amazing host and made us feel looked after from the get go. Casa Cozy itself is stunning and has everything you could wish for, it’s clean, full of awesome features and the pool and new solarium are fantastic. You are in a lovely complex and only 15mins from the puerto. We already are planning when we can return. Thank you so much x

    Lovely property that has everything for your perfect holiday. Great pool and poolside area with lots of comfortable furniture. Excellent communication from Callum from start to finish and plenty of information at the villa for shops and restaurants etc. Perfect villa on a quiet urbanisation from which to explore the area. We had a totally relaxing holiday at Casa Cozy.

    Casa Cozy had everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Beautiful outside pool and dining area with fantastic views of the mountains. It was a wonderful area to have a stroll in the early evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and any issues or questions were sorted out very quickly.

    We loved the little property. Enough space for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the pool every day! A lovely location and friendly neighbours. Local amenities only a short drive away. Only negative is that the bed for a double is two singles pushed together, and they move apart during the night.

    The property was clean and comfortable and although compact, the owners had made the maximum of the space available and provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The entertainment system was the best I have experienced providing access to sports, cinema & UK domestic TV. The outdoor space was exceptionally good, with ample space for outdoor living and enjoying the most of the Mazarron Sunshine. The location was very convenient with easy access to beaches, mountains and towns when a little retail therapy is needed. The communication with the owners was excellent from the day of the booking all the way through to our departure. They provided all the information we would need about the property and the local area. Their information manual was the most comprehensive I have ever seen and enabled us to settle in very easily. I can recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the Mazarron area.

    Lovely peaceful property with everything you could need for your stay. Communication with owners very good before and during stay. The housekeeper was prompt on check in, welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend for all age ranges. Use of car recommended.

    Our time at this wonderful house cannot be summarized in a short review, but suffice it to say that we regretted having to leave at the end of our amazing week. This house is ideal for a vacation. We found ourselves wondering if we shouldn’t buy a similar house, while lounging around the pool one evening. That’s the first thing: this pool is just the right size and the grading is ideal for children, while also deep enough for adults. The backyard, which contains the pool, is amply shielded from potentially prying eyes. We felt so comfortable spending our days at and around the pool, grilling, and eating in the outdoor dining area. We also found the kitchen and cooking equipment/utensils to be just right. Thanks to the kitchen’s ease of use, we rarely ate out. You will require a car to complete your shopping or to spend any amount of time outside the house, as the property itself is a bit remote. That being said, we spent most of our time enjoying the peace and quiet of the house, walking the trails around the property, and visiting the onsite “tavern.” We only occasionally felt the need or desire to leave the property to either go to the store or sightsee in Mazarrón and Cartagena - both of which are close and worth a visit. The owners, Callum and Chris were also very gracious and kind. Our first interaction with Callum happened minutes after we booked our stay. He helpfully contacted us to provide information and sweeten our stay in a way we could never have imagined. By the time we arrived, we already knew all we needed to know and could immediately launch into our holiday. I highly recommend this home!
