What a beautiful location and pristine villa. The beach is steps away and just amazing. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and it is full of families. Very safe and well kept. The villa was super clean and very beautiful. It is even nicer in person compared to the photos.I highly recommend Olga - who cooked for our family. She was excellent as well as so kind and accommodating. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough good things. I’d recommend renting a golf cart or car if you plan to leave the gated community. We had no need to but chose to uber to the shops one day which was fairly easy

I have stayed in many locations, but I must say this is one if not the most picturesque locations I have witnessed. The views are amazing. The outside area was excellent for enjoying sunset dinners and relaxing. The rooftop is great for star gazing. The beach is a 2-minute walk and absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and nicely appointed with everything needed for a spectacular vacation. Anna was easy to communicate with and each time responded within minutes of our request. We will definitely be back soon. Anna, thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Anna was a very welcoming host, who responded quickly, provided lots of useful information ahead of time and was an absolute delight! The property was outstanding. It had an amazing view, lots of space and was close to a very beautiful beach. We hope to visit again soon!

The location of his home is absolutely fantastic. The beach is one of the best up and down the West Coast the privacy. The cleanliness were things that we sought after if we went on an adventure for the day thinking our beach was better. The lovely housekeeper and chef Olga, was fantastic and added so much relaxation and value to our stay. Olga was gracious to help us and celebrating a 50th birthday and selected a birthday cake making each meal wonderful She is in addition to this stay making it feel like home.

We had the most amazing trip! The house was absolutely wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Just a short walk from the property brought us to a beautiful beach that felt private the entire time we were there. From our lounge chairs, we were lucky enough to see whales in the distance, watch surfers in the early mornings, spot tropical birds flying overhead, and even enjoy the company of a sleepy sloth in an almond tree nearby.One of the true highlights of our stay was Olga. She is such a delight and made our experience unforgettable. She prepared some of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had, and we loved getting to know her during our time there. She even arranged to have a birthday cake delivered for our daughter’s birthday! WE LOVE OLGA!! This home, the setting, and the people made for an unforgettable trip. We cannot wait to return!

Enjoyed this home with several views of the water. A short walk to the beach produced whales, pelicans, live star fish in tide pools, macaws, iguana. Great night lightning over the water. Icing on the top is hiring Tia Olga to cook traditional Costa Rican food family style Breakfast and Dinner with plenty of leftovers and snacks for the day. Her cooking is amazing and everything she made was perfection. So blessed to be able to use this home for family memories

Oh, this place was amazing! So much space. This was our first time in Costa Rica and it was really cool how much of the house was a mix of indoor/outdoor. We're a family of 5 with three boys 15, 13, and 10 and everyone got their own room with full batch. Perfect! The beach was picture perfect and just a 45 second walk from the house and we were back-and-forth quite a bit. (the only beach complaint was that there was only 1 semi-functional body board, which was tough with 3 kids and amazing surf). There was a mid-week cleaning that we weren't expecting which was a nice surprise.The BEST part of the house was hiring Olga to cook for us. She did one meal daily for us. It was mostly dinners, but also one lunch and one breakfast. We stayed away from American food and let her go crazy with typical (her word) CR food. It was amazing. If you go, consider yourself lucky that we didn't kidnap her and bring her home with us, which we seriously discussed.

Anna went over and above answering my questions. We really enjoyed our time there. It was perfect for our situation: two families with kids ages 6-12. We enjoyed the beach access and pools, and you can't beat the view. We also hired Olga to cook breakfast & dinner for 3 of the days. It was delicious and affordable. Everything you need is there if you want to cook on your own and it's not far from other restaurants nearby or in Jaco.

We stayed 3/10/25-3/16/25. There were 9 of us: 4 adults, 3 teenagers, an 8-yo, and an 18-mo. Everyone loved the stay.When we were researching our options, so many other reviews had mentioned that Olga was a highlight of their stay and she didn't disappoint. With her preparing our meals there was no stress from that during the stay. Everything she cooked was hearty, authentic and enjoyed by all. She obviously enjoys taking care of her visitors and went above and beyond our expectations.Then there was the beach. It was fantastic. Quiet, sandy, relatively protected. Most days we were either the only ones on it or with very few others. The older kids had some big waves to play in, but the slope to the water was so gradual that the little ones were plenty safe as well. We also enjoyed the wildlife: hermit crabs, iguanas, geckos, we snorkled out by the rocks and found colorful fish, parrots, pelicans, and even a sloth.Finally the house was great as well. Every bedroom was good-sized with it's own bathroom. A lot of time was spent lounging in the outdoor living room and dining room overlooking the water and the indoor living room provided a sometimes necessary reprieve from the heat and humidity.Honestly I don't know what could be improved. We enjoyed every moment we were there.Thank you Anna and Olga for allowing us to use your home and providing such wonderful hospitality.

What an amazing property, view, location and hospitality. Family of 8 Me, my wife our 3 20 something kids and their spouses enjoyed most of our time in the outdoor living area around the table for 8 enjoying the amazing view of a beach in a cove that felt like our own private beach most of the week enjoying a few meals made by Olga who took such good care of us and made amazing CR dinners and breakfast for us. Access to pools, tennis and pickle ball courts and I'll say again the very secluded beach were highlights of our stay. Anna was very responsive and made everything easy along the way. We have stayed at many properties over the years and this one along with the care shown by Anna and Olga is one of the best experiences we have had. Thanks Anna and Olga for helping us make some great family memories in CR!

We felt incredibly lucky that this house happened to be free over Christmas for our recent trip. It exceeded our expectations! It was so clean, had a really cool set up with the bedrooms downstairs (and the open air hallways) and our favorite part: the open air living room. Just WOW!! We spent 90% of our time out there. I would be a little hesitant though about renting this place if you’ve got little kiddos that maybe older that push limits. The ledge in the upstairs outdoor living room is very short and it’s a pretty far drop. Would have given me a heart attack with really littles. But luckily my 5yo was willing to stay away. One of the ALL TIME BEST PARTS was Olga. My oldest daughter has some food sensitivities so eating out is always a risk. We had Olga cook most of our meals and SHE DID NOT disappoint. So SOOO good and just the sweetest women. I miss her already. Haha. Really made the work to fun ratio spot on for this momma!The area felt super safe and had the kindest folks around. The private beach was amazing and super quiet, which is saying something because we were there over the busiest week of the year.

We had an amazing (though short) visit to this stunning property. The location is unbeatable, with access to the beach, wildlife, and a pool just steps away. The highlight of our trip, however, was Olga. She is an absolute gem—thoughtful, gracious, and incredibly talented. Her presence added so much to our stay, and we felt truly lucky to have her. While our overall experience was wonderful, we did encounter some issues with plumbing and drainage, as well as a TV screen that unfortunately went unresolved during our visit. However, these did not overshadow the beauty of the location and the care we received.
