Excellent villa with a really lovely pool

Could not fault this villa, absolutely amazing, great pool, great outside area for dining, great kitchen, could go on and on. 10 out of 10.

Lovely villa, right in the centre but still peaceful. The best pool area we have had in all our travels.

The location of the villa is excellent. A few minutes walk from Playa Duque. A few minutes from restaurants and very up market shops. It’s in a very classy area. The villa faces west so the sunsets are really lovely. We thought from the photos it might be overlooked by nearby property’s but that’s not the case. The pool is fantastic. We had it heated and it was a lovely temperature. The pool man comes regularly and checked in we were happy with it. The sun lounging area is also really good with a sun shade to pull across the whole area. The loungers were really dirty though so we had to clean them before use. The master suite is excellent with its own west facing balcony. The second master is ok with a great bathroom but it has no view and is a bit dark. The other bedrooms are more basic. There’s a twin with a cot upstairs that has access to, in effect, its own bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms are also twins not sure if they can be made doubles. The nicest has its own North east facing patio doors to the side of the villa but no en-suite. It shares a bathroom with another twin on the ground floor . This bathroom also has the only down stairs toilet (with an double entrance from the bathroom and also from the kitchen) . So not very private. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two big fridges. The downstairs Tv is good with access to uk basic channels and CNN. Only the two master bedrooms have TVs with basic channels but they do get Netflix and Amazon prime. Downstairs in the basement is a well equipped Laundry room. One major downside is we had to wait 45 minutes at the airport to pick up the entrance codes and remote clicker to the villa . We’d read the previous review of this so thought they’d have sorted it out, but no. No one was at the airport to meet us.Very frustrating. Particularly as the airport is only 15 mins from the villa. Also the parking at the villa is a bit tricky. It’s down a very steep slope to a basement garage. We had a big people carrier and had to reverse it in each time. We called the management people a few times (electrics tripping out and batteries dead)They were easily contactable and efficient and had an electrician come out next day to sort problem. There was building work going on next door which was noisy but looks like nearly finished. All in all though we loved the villa and location and will book again.

We stayed here Oct 19. The villa itself was faultless, the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage it was clean throughout on arrival and the kitchen was well stocked to suit most catering needs. The location is perfect, short walk to shops/bars/beach. I would recommend this villa and will be booking again. The only slight fault was when collecting the keys at the airport, no one was there when we arrived with the keys so eventually we rang the number provided, we then waited a lot longer than expected before the keys arrived. It was a nervy 40 minutes. The service team at the villa were incredibly helpful and friendly, the pool was also checked regularly. Loved it all.

To people reading this review if you want a high quality villa in a central location this is perfect for you its only 100 meters to all amenities we was extremely happy with this gaff it was what a proper mansion, on arrival very clean and tidy in all areas the pool terrace is huge and gardens are well maintained the interior was modern with lush furnishings definitely a delight to stay here. I develop similar properties for a living and I came away very impressed.

very high standard property in a central area only a quick walk to the beach, it was perfect for our group.

the accommodation was perfect for us clean and tidy definitely well maintained and the location is superb you are roughly 200 meters to all local amenities including abundance of bars, restaruants, supermarkets and much more including a beach. Would definitely recommend! Our group loved it.

Exactly what it says in the title 5 STAR LUXURY, this villa was amazing. Extravagant throughout we loved everything about it and the location is central you are 100 meters to local shopping centre and about another 200 meters to the beach, thanks for a memorable holiday.
