Relaxed family house in a stunning headland location, with hidden beaches just steps from your garden gate - great snorkeling, swimming and fishing in unbelievably clear turquoise sea. The villa is comfortably equipped with everything you need to unwind (if we weren’t in the sea we were usually lazing in the huge garden or taking in the coast view from the hammock with an incredible view). The island of Sant Antioco itself is beautifully unspoilt & family friendly with lots of wildlife to spot - we saw octopus in the cove & a wild boar family with tiny piglets in tow on the road - and we feel very lucky to have discovered this secluded part of it. Owner very helpful and responsive to queries. Only caveat is if you have small children - beware the garden cacti!

We chose to remain in Sant'Antioco and to avoid long car trips. The house is just fine for that, some nice spots to visit in a short distance and most of all, two gorgeous beaches at the very feet of the villa. The absence of a pool is definitely not a problem. Thanks to Elena and to Marina for their welcome and their support during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay because of the views and the surroundings. The house is very basic, some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The beds are not very comfortable. As the owner said when we made some remarks about the facilities: it is glamping! If you embrace that, you will have a wonderful stay with fantastic views, outside showers and a fantastic beach just a few minutes from the house.

This is a unique property located on a spectacular and iconic cliff, surrounded by a vast private garden with palmettes, cactuses, pine trees and olive trees. The sea view is magnificent. There is a lovely rocky cove just a few steps nearby, perfect for snorkeling. We - a family of five - were there at the beginning of September, when the weather was breezy and not too hot, and the temperature both outside and inside the house was pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the luxurious hot-water showers under the trees, the absolute quiet and privacy of the place, and the crystal-clear sea water, with a wonderfully rich sea-life. We also loved the sounds of nature: at night, we heard the sea waves and the occasional chirping of birds and nothing else. Communication with the house owner and the realtor was efficient and pleasant. We'd love to be back in S. Antioco and rent here again!
