Stayed Nov 18, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great, as it is close to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and local resorts. The view of the ocean from the patio is beautiful and the outdoor area is great. We did expect easier access to the ocean, but this did not impact the awesomeness of our stay. I would recommend this property for an adult getaway or family vacation. The hosts were also very responsive.

Stayed May 18, 2024This property is very spacious and in a great location. Watching the sunset from the back patio was magical. It's near wonderful local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the main road to get to downtown Nassau. But far enough away from the cruise port that you can experience the local charm. The pool is saltwater so no harm to bathing suits. We could even walk down a rock ledge to swim in the ocean right behind the property. The pictures online have a hard time portraying how large the bedrooms, living areas and back patio actually are. It truly exceeded our expectations!
