This house with private pool in Binissalem, in the centre of Mallorca, has great views of the countryside and offers accommodation for 8 people.
These fantastic exteriors begin with the large chlorine pool, measuring 12m x 6m and with a depth of 0.9m to 2m, which is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a well-kept garden. The porch is a cool place to barbecue with friends and enjoy summer dinners. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where children can spend hoursplaying.

Due to the staggered structure of the house, you will find a kitchen basically equipped with wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on floor -1. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on this floor. The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms also have access to a terrace, each with views of the countryside. If you are travelling with a child, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

This beautiful finca is located near Binissalem, a Majorcan village famous for its wine production. A pleasant stroll through the narrow streets of the village, perhaps accompanied by a delicious dinner, will give you an insight into the essence of Mallorca. In the surrounding area there are many wine cellars offering wine tastings. In Binissalem you will find supermarkets, bars and everything you need for an independent stay. Because Binissalem is close to the Tramuntana mountains, it is ideal for hiking and cycling.

The two fireplaces cannot be used.

    The house was amazing! Perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Everything went super smooth and everything was super clean and fresh in the house. 10/10 would recommend!

    Pool was amazing - deep all the way across so great for swimming. Villa was nice - quiet simple but nice. Kitchen equipped well enough. Gardens nice and furniture for outside was great. Not a touristy area so local restaurants tended to close at 5pm and we had to take all our own rubbish to the local recycling even at the end of the stay which made the final day a little messy. No air con but fans provided in each bedroom.

    great villa and pool. you need a car cause too far to walk to llosetta would have liked a book detailing local information etc. for example we didn’t know what to do with rubbish, we weren’t told that a pool man would be coming round or gardeners.

    Absolutely stunning villa! upon arrival everything was spotless. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. The only downside for us was the location, its situated 25 mins walk from lloseta or 35/40 mins walk from binissalem, neither of which offers much for tourists. If you stay here I would recommend hiring a vehicle.

    Great place to rent! It's better than the photos show. Many thanks for a great week! It's a great house that really suits a family with kids. Only thing to consider going forward is to have clear instructions on how to handle the garbage. “No instructions on taking out the trash and no trash bin to throw the trash in outside (cobtainer or likewise). ”

    The villa is lovely and well maintained with a large pool and gardens. Other than the kitchen and bedrooms we spent most of our time sitting outside on the terrace. My only real issue was the lack of pool furniture. It is an 8 person property but only has 5 sun loungers. When I have stayed previously at villas, there's usually an information booklet providing details regarding local medical services, location of restaurants and shops, local transport and general house rules, etc. In particular, there was no information regarding what to do with our rubbish - we found out we had to take it to a recycling centre in nearby Inca. The villa is located in a rural area and about a 5 minute drive from the small town Lloseta, which has several restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. We mainly used the supermarkets in Inca as they were larger and stocked more. A hire car is worthwhile having one for shopping but for also trips to explore Majorca. There is a rail station in Lloseta which has a regular service. We took the train into Palma, which took about 30 minutes and spent the day there. Would I recommend the villa? Without any hesitation - yes. It is a good property, located in a rural setting surrounded by olive and lemon groves and is very peacceful.
