The space

Ca Bossi offers a large living area, with fireplace, reading and music area, well-equipped kitchen, 6 rooms, all with private bathrooms. A small spa with indoor pool and gym.

Outside, the porch and flat garden are perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing and children. This property has all the amenities for a special retreat; it is an ideal destination for a large family, just two or a group of friends sharing memorable moments. The splendid use of natural materials, such as wood and stone, very well integrated with the technologies of a modern home to satisfy the most demanding guests.

Just outside the gate the start of beautiful hiking and biking trails to enjoy the mountains; it is the perfect place for mountain lovers.

Ca Bossi is located 15 km from the center of Cernobbio.

The garden is fenced, however, there may be holes where small dogs can run through, so be sure to keep an eye out for small pets.

Around the property there are plenty of valuable personal belongings, not limited to Art work, books collections, instruments and many other objects, please leave them as they are and if you like to read a books just put it back where it was after you are done with it. If you wish to play pool, please do not use the frame of the board or board to keep glass of any kind, ashtray or food.



Smoking in the bedrooms and wellness area is strictly forbidden, although you can smoke cigarettes in the large living room and in the garden, make sure you use the proper ashtray during and after your moment. Cigars & Pipes are forbidden inside property beside garden. (You will be responsible for any damaged caused from leftovers cigarettes, burns and marks around property)



Use of the fire place is to take very seriously, use the safety metal net protection as some woods will kick some hot ash pieces and this may go on the carpet. It is strictly forbidden to leave the fire unattended or without any of your group members supervising it. Also its very important to not hang or leave clothing of any kind, shoes or any object nearby the fire.

According to the nights of your reservation We provide enough wood for the living room fire places to work in a standard way. In case you like to use Pizza Owen you might need to request extra wood as to reach designated temperature it’s important to have it running several hours.



There are 3 goats and a group of funny chickens living in property, please do not bother them; you can certainly feed them with some veggies or fruits in case you wish, make sure to remove any sort of packaging first. Sometimes we’ll pass across property to feed animals, harvest from tree’s or veggies areas or simply to do some maintenance to backyard; we won’t be bothering you but in case you have some question or like to join in some activities, please feel free to ask. Do not chop, damage or modify plants of any kind inside property, in case you have a question or request; let us know first.



Ca' Bossi is a country side property, rarely you might see/hear dormouse or eventually find some natural dust in some corner of the house, this is normal as property is above 700 sqm space with very high ceiling.



Ca Bossi is rented for group of maximum 12 people. Events, dinners, ceremonies, video/photo shooting, and other initiatives are subject to other pricing and different property policies. In case you wish to organize other initiatives please make sure to highlight them and request approval with specifications before booking.
