Breathtaking Ocean Views: Your Cabo Dream Penthouse - Villa La Estancia 3502

Beautiful property - will definitely come back to this resort and rent the same unit again.

Everything was good except the listing online shows a hot tub on the outside patio and there was none. I repeat there was none.

My family celebrated our 30th anniversary at this spectacular villa. It was perfect from the moment we checked in. Carla the property manager was very attentive and Santa the housekeeper was exceptional! This villa had everything and more....the patio overlooking the ocean was where we spent all of our time. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The photos and videos do not do this property justice. We were amazed at this immaculate and decoratively stunning property. The kitchen was well equipped and some things were already pre-stocked for our enjoyment (water, beer, alcohol, snacks). Giovanni, Samantha, and Carla were amazing. Samantha organized floral decorations and balloons to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were a party of 7 and it was spacious. The views from the balcony were breath taking. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Beautiful views. Great patio. We had the chef make fresh catch in the room for dinner, which is a must. The energy at the pool was super mellow. Staff said the occupancy levels are still low. Would recommend.

The property was as advertised, beautiful! The concierge was great she also had guacamole & chips along with homemade Margaritas waiting for us! The patio area was amazing, eating breakfast and lunch on the patio was great! Also, doing a little office work out on the patio made it much nicer. The restaurants were great! We did have them stock our fridge with beers, that was great! They also gave us a full bar of alcohol which was very nice! We would definitely stay here again. The transportation they recommended was great, Victors Cabo Transportation. One note: they do Maintenance and repairs in the month of September at the facility so it was a little noisy but it really didn't bother us since we don't take naps. :) Thank you Giovanni, Samantha, Carla & Denise!

Our stay was BEYOND anything I could have imagined. This suite was the perfect place for our celebration with friends and family. There was more than enough space for 4 couples. The balcony gave the most amazing views of both sunrise and sunsets. The property manager and concierge were readily available as we prepared for our trip as well as during our stay. Our vacation to Cabo easily made everyone’s “best vacation ever” list. Until next time….

We went down with another family. We had a great trip and the property and the Accomodations were great. Samantha and Giovanni were accessible and willing to help set up activities and reservations for what we wanted. There was something for everyone to do, the gym was great and the service of the property was great. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.
