Atlantic Horizons is a spectacular coastal villa with unparalleled sea views from almost every room. The master bedroom, along with bedrooms 2 through 6, all featureen-suite bathrooms, king beds, air-con, and TVs. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities, complements the expansive living and dining area with a 12-seater table and plush seating. The entertainment space boasts a bar, TV, and access to the pool deck with sun loungers and a built-in braai. Outdoors, the swimming pool, firepit, and a 10-seater dining table invite relaxation.



This property offers convenience with a double garage and additional secure parking. Your security is our priority, featuring an alarm system, electric fencing, and cameras monitored 24/7 off-site. There is construction below and next to this property. Occasional construction noise can be heard. There is no visual impact. Building hours are Mon-Fri 7:30-17:00 & occasionally on Sat. The expected completion date is 30 April 2027. Please note that while most construction sites close for the annual Builders' Holidays (15 Dec 2026 - 15 Jan 2027), essential or critical work may occasionally continue during this period.

This property has extensive back up power to to ensure that your holiday experience is not compromised or inconvenienced by power failures.

What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the property. They can all be powered for up to 4 hours.

What Isn’t Powered: The airconditioners, geyers, and oven are excluded from the power backup.

What Doesn’t Require: There is a gas stove works throughout loadshedding.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
