This is a good place for a family to stay while they are spending time at Disney World. This area is not good for walking to stores or parks. The traffic is also very busy and congested compared to other parts of Florida. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped for 6 to 8 people.

The Property was not clean. We had received and email the night we got to Florida that the AC was not working and would be fixed in the morning. It was 90 degrees outside so the house was extremely hot and we opened the windows. The window sills were full of dirt and black mold. The carpets had stains all over them. We found trash on the floor behind furniture when we were opening windows. There were still towels and sheets in the dryer. My husband's pillowcase smelled like cologne and my daughter's smelled like sweat. There are not many things to use to cook with or store food. Some of the utensils were dirty. The bed post in my son's room fell off when he touch it and you could tell someone tried to put it on previously. The AC never worked properly the whole time we were there. It never got below 74 degrees and was usually 76 to 78 which is miserable. The washer also Broke while we we there but did not work properly when it was working. It was too hot to use the gameroom and the Xbox would not work. The house is not upkept. There is dirt and black mold outside, the paint needs to be redone and there are several bees nest at the front door. We have been using VRBO since 2014 and this is the first time we stayed somewhere and had this horrible of an experience!

Beautiful home. The Pictures do not do this home justice! Very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. TV in every room. We loved the fact it has two master suites, one for my mother-n-law . It was Nice to relax by the pool all day. Check in, Communication with owner was easy and they were very responsive. We hope to return in the future for another stay.

Overall our experience was great. The house met our expectations. The pool was a bonus for my girls and niece. We did have trouble with the lizards around the pool and there was one in my girls bed hiding under the covers. There was also a black snake roaming near the pool so that was terrifying for the girls but it disappeared after a while. We really enjoyed the home, the location and cleanliness. I recommend this property to everyone and I look forward to renting this home again in the future.

We had an amazing vacation in Florida. Simbas Pride was exactly as described in the listing. We spent most of our time in the pool with our 6 year old granddaughter having a ball. Our only night out we went to ovation Bistro and bar and had a fabulous dinner. Thank you Simon for an amazing family vacation.

Lovely home - exactly as described and well equipped in and out... Xbox, cable tv, four poster bed, two dining tables, full kitchen, pool, laundry room, loads of garden furniture. Excellent service from Simon and Viv with prompt information being given throughout the booking and responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend this property!

It was in a great location, easy to get to, and a lot of things to do. The place itself was clean and very comfortable. We have already said that we would like to go back again.

Our stay at Simba's Pride was wonderful....had a hard time leaving. Everyone had such a great time, it was spacious, well-lit, the screened in pool and game room of course were the All Stars. My mom had her own suite with a bathroom so she was happy and satisfied which made me happy in return. Target and Publix two of my favorite stores were nearby. We're thinking about renting your place again next year around the same time! Simba's Pride is a beautiful home and includes all the amenities required for a great family vacation.

We stayed there for 4 days. We had a wonderful time. Only negative thing there were not enough bathroom tissues available. We surely stay there again if we visit Orlando in near future.

We had such a great time staying at Simba's Pride. We were there over New Year's. There is so much space, and everything you could need. The kids loved the swimming pool! Once their little legs got tired from walking around at Disney they we ready to go swimming. We will definitely be going back!
