The villa has aterrace and outdoor space, a refreshing private pool and a brick barbecue, perfect for enjoying an afternoon of outdoor cooking. The garden furniture invites you to relax under the sun or sit and enjoy a good read during your moments of rest. An ideal setting to share with your loved ones and friends.

Comfort and design inside

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a modern fully equipped American kitchen, which opens onto a spacious living-dining room, where large windows allow natural light to flood the entire space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a complete bathroom with a shower.

Going up to the first floor, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a private balcony, where you can relax while enjoying views of the surrounding landscape.

Information to bear in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
