Boards & Bikes—Secluded Luxury Next to the Village (Treetop 29)

Awesome home! But, I suggest not arriving the weekend of the race (GNCC). Super obnoxius drunk people CAMPING everywhere.

This is the second staying at Treetop 29 and will continue going back. Great space and perfect distance to the Ballhooter lift.

The property was clean, location was great, and owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay on the Mountain for a ski vacation. Perfect cozy house close to the mountain lodge and village which is a short walk. LittleStore across the street as well. Always had everything we needed here. Thank you for a wonderful trip again!

The host was very helpful, the property was great! Had wonderful kitchen supplies from the cookware, tableware and an incredible pantry...and plenty of essentials that a lot of host do not allow for!The location in proximity to the downtown and slopes was awesome! Easy walk to shop and ski without using a bus or hitting the main road. Very short easy walk to the grocery store. The layout was great for us as we had 4 college children and ourselves and everyone had space and comfort! Loved the property! Would certainly stay again!!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed. We enjoyed many cozy relaxing nights in front of the fireplace and the Christmas decorations just made it so much more special. We’d love to visit again.

We had an excellent stay at Boards and Bikes! The home was tastefully decorated and well kept as pictured. We had 4 adults and 4 older teens and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, but also eat and play games around the same table. The fireplace was super cozy and warms the entire space. The kitchen was VERY well stocked and we did not come across any items we needed but could not find. We even used the waffle maker one morning! Our last day was pretty warm and we enjoyed time on the back porch surrounded by all the deer.The walk to the ski lift wasn’t awful, but coming back at the end of the day was rough on the skiers- a little better for the snowboarders! There is a bus stop right outside the complex but honestly don’t think it’s any closer than just walking. Would have loved a true ski in and out but this was the next best thing! The village is a super easy, quick walk- regular shoes make all the difference!The only complaint our party had were the pillows. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

We loved our weekend at Bikes and Boards. The property's attention to detail, coziness, and conveniences were very much appreciated. We had teenagers, young adults, and adults in the home, and it never felt crowded!

Very nice place, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, a tight but nice kitchen and comfortable family room to hang out in. Dining room table fit everyone comfortably. Excellent mud room for all of your ski gear. A little on the pricey side, but a really nice place to stay, ideal for families with young kids. We will be back!Thank you!

We have stayed at another treetop property last year and this one was much more updated and such a lovely home. They had a lot of kitchen appliances, utensils everything we needed which helps a lot with traveling for such a short time. Short walk to slopes. Could not have been better. We will def try and rent again next year. Thank you!!

Excellent remodeled space with plenty of room. Not ski in ski out but only a short walk to the slopes. Would come back for sure.

My family really enjoyed this updated unit in the Treetop development. The heated floors, the gas fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen were a real plus. I have never had a rental that actually had lids for all the pots and pans before. Since it was really cold when we were there, we ate in a lot, and having pots and pans and their lids and even spices and complimentary tea in the unit made our stay that much more enjoyable. The fireplace was also very welcome and a primary source of instant warmth given the high temps were only in the teens when we were there. There was plenty of space for everybody in our group of 6 and we also had fun doing the puzzles and playing the games that were in the cabinet in the living area.

Great stay. We’ll be back.

We had such a great time at treetop 29! The cabin is as the pictures show - very well designed, super clean, and spacious. The kitchen is very well appointed, and you will find everything you need at the cabin, which is important on the mountain. The check-in was easy m, and communication is simple and responsive. We spent many evenings by the fireplace after a home-cooked meal. And other time ate out in the village after a quick walk. The slopes are right there and our young kids had no problem with the few minutes walk. We hope to come back again soon!

Wonderful vacation. Nice and clean unit. Close to everything in snowshoe.
