Blue Seas Villa, Sth Avoca Magnificent Beach & Ocean Views

Gorgeous views and lovely beach. It was so nice to have a cup of tea and stare out at the ocean.

We came up to Avoca for a wedding and were so pleased to fund this little gem. We are all blown away with the view and decor. You really felt like you were in some other country on holiday. Thank you.

Sunrise while laying in bed was fantastic. Our favourite spot was sitting in the outdoor dining area overlooking the garden and beach, even doing a bit of whale watching. The only slight negatives was walking to and from the beach was a bit too strenuous for us oldies.

The property feels welcoming and warm.Beautifully decorated.The attention to detail is amazing and the garden and views are magnificent. Will be recommending this accommodation to my family and friends.

Access to beach and local cafes was excellent. Small but perfect for a couple of nights with kids the age they are.

Wonderful little property in a quiet street. Bed was comfortable and facilities adequate. The day bed was much appreciated. Like many rentals, lacked a modern TV and entertainment. I think the Foxtel was heritage listed. But with such a nice view, who needs an OLED 65 inch TV with a surround sound bar.

The property has beautiful view. We have wonderful two days in here. Emma and Alf are so nice and warm heart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Seas Villa because it was so comfortable . It’s in a convenient part of Avoca Beach with beautiful views of the beach and the ocean . The front deck is perfect for breakfast , lunch with friends and bbq dinners . It’s private , quiet and the afternoon shade was welcome on hot days after a dip in the surf .

A fabulous view. A comfy bed. Providing all the little extras was a nice touch. Emma was also a very helpful host. Helpful hint- If you’re staying for a week just make sure you take enough clothes because there’s no washing machine.

Great view of the beach and the bay. Nice place to stay. Homely. OK walking distance to the beach for us - quite steep uphill on the way back which might be a challenge for some. Decent value for money. Several good options to eat out at good value close by. No washing machine or dryer. Great views!!

Nice and clean, beatiful view

Such a great stay for the weekend with my partner, walking distance to the beach and can drive or uber to Terrigal for dinner. Super simple check in/out. Highly recommend and will be back.

It was our second time there. Awesome as always.

Love the area and have stayed many a time in Avoca Beach. Property has beautiful views as it’s up on a hill, so it was very relaxing waking up to that view as well as watching the daylight fade across the ocean. Very responsive owner. Only downside is the property needs some upgrading and a proper stove but apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Blue Seas Villa was perfect for our weekend away. The views of Avoca Beach were incredible. The decor is simple beach style and has all the amenities to make the stay very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely return

Fantastic ocean views . Very steep yard which is beautifully kept. Access to property quite tricky , lots of stairs . Property is is old with charm . We were four adults which was a little cramped. We enjoyed our stay .

The Greek Villa lived up to the hype, extrordinary views perfect location.Close to Avoca Beach, great surf club for coffee or main meals. Avoca Theatre had bands on during the evenings plus movies.Perfect short break.

Great location, great property, great hosts. Wake looking out at the ocean, walk down the hill to breakfast, have a swim, grab some fish and chips and have dinner on the balcony watching the surfers. Very relaxing break.

The villa has breath taking views and highly recomended for couples but can accommodate families. Were already looking to book our return.

An AMAZING location! Views are fantastic, very close to local town. If you love falling asleep to the sound of waves then this is the perfect location! ❤️ A slight hiccup as when the owner messaged to confirm 2 people, which there were, it was assumed by the owner that we would be requiring just the one bed, so the second bed (sofa bed) was unmade. Prompt message back from the owner (which was late as our arrival was 7.30pm) when I asked where the sheets for second bed were located, so we could make the bed up. Unfortunately there were no sheets but owner let us know mattress protector and doona had just been picked up from dry cleaner so we could use those. Some construction work next door to property during our stay. Aside from that, and unclear specifics of two people requiring both listed sleeping areas, it’s a lovely place! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Quiet area with beautiful views. 😊
