Blue Heron is a lovely holiday rental property, with hot tub, and is located in the well position residential area of Carlos Park. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sea front promenade which leads to Playa Blanca town centre and beyond.

INTERIOR
Living Room:
The front door opens into the hallway and leads into the living room with a comfortable L shaped sofa, coffee table and wall mounted 55 SMART flat screen TV with IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, all Sky channels and much more. Wifi is also provided at no additional cost.
Patio doors lead to the outside terrace where the hot tub is located.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated off the hallway and has a breakfast bar with seating from the living room. The kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. A door from the kitchen leads you directly to the shaded Al Fresco, dining area and utility area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. Patio door lead out directly to the outside terrace and hot tub. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC, a bath with shower over, curtain rail, and single wash basin.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space.
Family Shower Room
Separate bathroom with WC, shower and curtain, twin wash basins with vanity mirror and lighting.

EXTERIOR
Al Fresco Dining, Hot Tub and Sun Terraces:
The exterior of this property is spacious with plenty of seating, shaded Al Fresco dining and sunbeds for 2.
The 4 seater hot tub can be found directly outside the master bedroom and with distant views of the ocean and island of Fuerteventura, it's a perfect setting for enjoying your favourite drink during the day or evening.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by an intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which may take photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
Carlos Park is a good location, within easy walking distance of the sea front promenade which spreads from one end of Playa Blanca (Faro Park, lighthouse area) to the other (Marina Rubicon and beyond to the fabulous Papagayo Beaches). Life in Playa Blanca started out as a very simple fishing village but as Lanzarote has became more popular with tourists Playa Blanca has grown into a thriving and popular resort. Playa Blanca is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing time either on one of the beaches or wandering around the promenade looking to do some shopping. Since the resort has a large proportion of self-catering villas and bungalows, there is no shortage of places to eat. The seafront at the centre of town is literally lined with restaurants catering to just about every taste and cuisine imaginable. If you feel up to it you can even take the ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The trip takes just twenty minutes and is a fabulous excursion.
There are efficient taxi and bus services that are inexpensive and can allow you to explore further areas if you have chosen not to hire a car.

Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided.

    Tina replied quickly to any questions asked about villa. Easy directions and check in instructions, home from home everything you need in villa. Wi-Fi very good. Sun terrace with hot tub is brilliant. Carlos Park is a quiet and pleasant location. Perfect if you like walking, about a 15 minute walk to Flamingo Beach. We would definitely return to Blue Heron Villa.

    A wonderful, very quietly situated house with great views of Fuerteventura. The service was great. I won't say any more so that it isn't constantly fully booked.

    We enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Blue Herron (Oct 2024). It is a well equipped, spacious and comfortable Villa. We did not hire a car and found walking distances to Playa Flamingo, Playa Blanca and Rubicon acceptable and most enjoyable. We loved the Villa and location so much we are booking a 14 night break in 2025.

    I can’t fault the area, accommodation or management company. We had a fantastic holiday with a lovely villa in beautiful gardens, very quiet location & close to Flamingo beach & bars & restaurants. Easy walk to the harbour where there are cafes, bar’s & restaurants as well.

    The villa was superb. Clean, spacious, brilliant outdoor space, all you could want for a holiday in the sunshine. Useful guides and maps also provided which was brilliant for exploring the island. Also, the bedding, towels and hot tub were cleaned on our 10-day stay. Communication with management company was also good.

    The villa was perfect for us as we like walking. It took us 30 minutes to reach the centre of playa blanka with a lovely walk along the coast.

    We are regular visitors to Lanzarote and to the Playa Blanca area in particular, but the first time we have stayed on Carlos Park and I have to say we were impressed! The estate itself is well kept, well set out, and the green areas well tended….though the fact that the communal pool is not functional is a little disappointing….particularly as temperatures were in the mid-30s (unusually high) during our visit. The estate is 30 min walk into Playa Blanca and a few minutes from the beach….so location was perfect for us. The villa itself was excellent. Well equipped, clean and relatively easy to manage the temperature inside by use of opening doors and use of fans provided. The outside space was a little smaller than other villas we’ve stayed in, but is by-no-means small and is a good combination of shade and sun. The hot tub is a most welcome addition which we used each day. There is a nice view out to sea and across to Fuertaventura ….a pleasant place for breakfast on the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! The villa is competitively priced and I would certainly be happy to book again
