Big family villa with pool, quiet & green location, just 2 minutes walk to beach

Had a fantastic stay. The villa is very spacious and extremely well equipped. The villa is immaculate. Loved the location 2 minute walk to sea and beach bar. Pool was lovely and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Sanja was fantastic helping with travel arrangements and the owner made us a delicious cake. Would highly recommend

We loved our time in Mirca, we were a group of 16 coming from Spain, New Zealand, USA, Czech Republic and Great Britain. The house was perfect with lots of space, bathrooms a beautiful garden and pool. We found travelling to and from split easy and enjoyable on the ferry from Supetar. We rented bikes and explored the beautiful beaches and trails. Our host was so wonderful and helpful and the accommodation was perfect offering plenty of space and very well equipped kitchens.

The house was pretty nice ans our whole group (11 adults and one child) was completely satisfied.Everything was clean and especially the garden was very inviting. Everything as described online.The communication with Sanya was very uncomplicated and she was very helpful.We can definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean both inside and outside. We were at the most 13 people, all grown-ups. Enjoyed the outdoor-space with swimming pool, sunbeds and large table under roof for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner! Very short walk to beach and sea, and to a beach cafe. We stayed 14 days, rented boat twice and the captain took us to wonderful places, had dinners in Supetar, Sutivan and Splitska, all very beautifil small towns on Brac. The lady who owns the villa was absolutely wonderful, cleaning the pool, serving vegetables and cakes. We had a really nice time!

The layout of the house was perfect for us and our children with their families, plenty of together places and separate sections for each family. The hostess and owner were terrific in helping us find all we needed for a great two weeks. The frosting on the cake was really that - cakes for the two birthdays we celebrated during our stay made by the owner herself. Thanks for a wonderful place for our family!

We had a fantastic week in villa Kamenica. The villa is situated in Mirca, a quiet area about 3 km from Supetar, and just about 200 m from the beach. With 3 separate apartments, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and very spacious living-rooms, it was perfect for our family of 13 persons in age from 4 to 74. In addition the villa was very well equipped. Outside we loved the pool, which was cleaned every morning. The garden and the outside dining-place where we had breakfast and lunch, was provided with tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden every morning. On of the children had had his 10th birthday during the stay, and we were very surprised to find a great and delicious birthday cake in the fridge. The family Ravlic and Sanja Sinovcic were very helpful and took care of us in the best possible way. We wish to thank you very much for a fantastic week, and would like to back another time.

Absolutely Perfect week. The villa is anything you can ask for. Very well equipped, 3 separate apartments , pool lounge area etc. Sanya The broker took care of us in The best way helping US with all needs. Landlady Very charming. This is your perfect stay for 14-16 persons. Highly reccomended.

This Villa is fantastic. Only a minute walk to the beach yet the privacy it provides is second to none. Quiet, luxurious, spacious, easily accessible and I could go on. The owners are very nice and accommodating, they even brought our group home made cakes and pies on more than one occasion. Made us feel very welcome. There was 11 people in our group and with the great set up of the house everyone had their privacy while at the same time some great communal areas, inside and out by the pool. I think one of the best assets of the house is that you don't need to be a big group like we were, the rooms split and can be rented privately which allows smaller groups and families to enjoy it's luxury. We Loved our stay and will be back for sure!!!!
