Stayed Jul 21, 2024We had a wonderful family holiday here. The house was modern & clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Jean Claude was a very good host, and was happy to answer questions whenever we needed. We loved the local area - Ile Rousse is a lovely town, nice local beaches and we especially loved Licciola nearby for sundowners and breakfast - a fantastic find which we wish we had discovered sooner! Calvi is definitely worth a visit too. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 21, 2019Property to be recommended, clean and spacious with magnificent views all round. We were met by the owner, Jean-Claude, who remained discreet but available throughout our stay. He maintains his property to a high standard. Plenty of beautiful places to visit within reasonable driving distance both coastal and inland. For the days when you just want to lounge about, the pool and terrace are wonderful for relaxing. We would definately consider à second stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2019Good communication with owners. Could really have done with a midweek clean. Ideally more space around the pool would have been better and some more sun loungers. 4 between 12 but lack of outdoor space probably dictated that. Overall would recommend this property to rent.

Stayed Jun 16, 2019M Chiari was charming, and very kind and helpful. Communication with him was easy and quick. The house is spacious and clean with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and mountains from every room. The heated pool has massage jets and a swimming current. We enjoyed eating all our meals on the covered terrace, occasionally watching the red kites swooping overhead. The kitchen and utility area are well-equipped, and the bedrooms and shower rooms are bright and modern. It's easy to reach (by car) the local Spar, Losari beach (or 15 minutes walk across the main road T30), and the towns along the coast or the villages of the Balagne inland. In summary, a very relaxing holiday and we were sad to have to leave.
