Best Sea Views, Sun-Filled Villa on 1100m2 plot. Large Pool & Great Sun Terraces

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in for a family holiday. Great pool and outdoor space, sun or shade when you wanted. Fantastic view. The inside social space was comfortable and big enough for the whole family. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Jens was a very helpful and accommodating host. Overall a fantastic experience.

Wonderful house and stay. Pool and views are amazing. Loads of room for us 4 adults and 3 children. Very clean and tidy, comfortable and secure gated property. Very well sited. Close enough to shops and restaurants 5 minutes away by car and secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Communication from Jens was top class and we can’t fault this house. Already looking to book again.

Facilities and property amazing. Views stunning. Pool and barbecue area perfect. Master bedroom, bathroom and hot tub....wow. Downstairs self contained apartment ...wow. Host easily contactable and so helpful.

The house is in excellent condition and host was very helpful and communicated with us quickly. We had no issues with check in or out of the property. The location was ideal to visit many sights and beaches. Many restaurants are just 10 to 15 minutes drive.

What a fantastic place, private but with amazing views. Every facility you could wish for. We had a private chef which made the experience. Pool and hot tub are fab. The host was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for a big family get together

A great property that far exceeded our expectations. Jens the owner was really helpful and could not do enough for us. The property was ideal for 3 couples as you all have your own separate areas of the house. The property is in a quiet area but easily accessibly to bars and restaurants. We would certainly recommend and would love to return.⁰

Absolutely loved staying in this beautiful villa. The views of montana roja and the coastline was amazing. The pool area and outside living space was again excellent. Our host, Jens, was very informative and helpful through out our stay. Everything you need for a family holiday was provided for. A great big thank you to VRBO and our super host Jens.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Plenty of room, large pool, great location. Villa had everything we needed and Jens was always on hand for any questions. Have already booked again for next year :)

Fantastic property, the host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The outside area was perfect for the family to enjoy our celebrations. A car is advisable for shopping etc but there are some nice restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property. We cant thank the host enough for their help and hospitality.

We stayed at this villa as a group of family members for a special birthday. The pool is lovely and very warm. The air-conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed while we were away, but there is such a beautiful breeze coming through the window that we didn’t really need it. Some of the villa is starting to look a little tired, but it’s really well equipped and felt very relaxing. The area itself is very quiet, and there are only a few restaurants nearby, so if you want more choice, you do have to travel to the marina area which is a few minutes drive away. There are new owners of this property and they were really helpful and very attentive, answering any questions we had immediately. The master bedroom is wonderful, the two main bedrooms downstairs are also lovely. You then go down a flight of stairs into a basement type area where there are the two twin bedrooms. These are quite dark but were great for the teenagers and there is a little kitchen.Overall, the Villa felt very safe, clean and secure. There were a few items of food left for us when we arrived which was lovely and a little is just a few minutes drive away. I would recommend a hire car for this place, the driving here is really easy to master And the speed is low and lots of roundabouts and very quiet traffic. We did see lots of people waiting for buses and we were pleased that we had a car so that we could explore.

A brilliant villa and such a lovely stay. The new owner Jens was amazing- answered all questions quickly and was present during our stay too. The villa is gorgeous and the view is to die for! So well equipped too. We can’t wait to rebook for 2027!

It has the wow factor. Loved the villa inside and out. Very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities required for a relaxing holiday. If i was to identify an issue it would be the baby gates weren't secure so we had to take them off.Would definitely go back.

Such a fantastic villa, we were 6 adults and 4 kids and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, plenty of space for everyone ! Would highly recommend.

We are a 3 generation adult family and have just returned from a wonderful holiday in the very spacious10 Oceanview. The villa was everything we expected and we particularly appreciated being able to spread over 3 floors and really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space. The cleaning staff visited once with a complete change of bedding and towels and the pool guy called in 3 times. The owners were very attentive and reacted super quick to any enquiries. Thank you so much for making our holiday in beautiful Playa Blanca one we will remember.

Not a single complaint from our stay, we visited as a group of friends and there was plenty of space and individual beds along with great privacy. Views from the villa pool terrace are amazing, check in process very straightforward and the villa is located quite well for walking into central Playa Blanca & taxi access from the nearby resort taxi rank.

The villa was really lovely, location and views were amazing and we did enjoy our stay there but there were a few minor issues. one was the shower pressure was a little poor and the hot water did take a little while to get warm. The last point was the bath never had a plug so the picture on the site showed this amazing bath with this amazing view but you couldn’t use it.Pool table area had no real good lighting as the main light was not connected.

Seven ladies celebrating a birthday. Villa fabulous having everything and more than described in the literature. Property in a secure complex of ten large villas, totally private and not overlooked. Not close to amenities but five euros taxi gets you to Faro park and ten to Marina Rubicon (or bus available). Wonderful holiday had by the whole group. Thank you

From start to finish this was an amazing week in an amazing villa. Jo and David were on hand to give help and information about the surrounding areas, from where to get coal for the BBQ to the best restaurants and more. The villa was beautiful and there was everything you needed to have a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villa far exceeding our expectations and if you are thinking of booking it then don't, you wont be disappointed. There are a few restaurants within a 12 minute walk but if you wanted to stretch your legs then there are more choices within a 30 minute walk. Playa Blanca is about a 15 minute drive where you have the marina and a good selection of bars and restaurants. We had 3 families, 2 teenagers, 2 under 11 and 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. See you soon Ocean View!

Loved every moment staying here with our family, weather was great, villa was beautiful and clean very spacious and outside area was perfect. We didn’t want to leave.

An excellent villa in a great location with wonderful views and a pool bigger than most in the Playa Blanca area.

We have just returned from a week's stay over New Year at this lovely villa. We were 8 adults & 2 children and it was the perfect space for the 10 of us. The outside area and swimming pool are fantastic with amazing sea views. The villa is located in a peaceful and gated area amongst other villas and felt very safe. It is around 10 mins walk to the seafront with a rocky beach and 30 mins walk to a gorgeous sandy beach where there are more restaurants and supermarkets. There are a small selection of restaurants and a couple of great bars within 10 mins walk - highly recommend Sebastian's Greek restaurant - wow! The Argentinian restaurant also does great steak! Jo, the owner was extremely responsive prior to us arriving and also while we were on site with any queries. The weather was perfect and we didn't need either heating or air con but both available if required. Thank you for a great stay!

10 Ocean view was an amazing place to stay with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding mountains. It was just as described in the advert and would definitely recommend for family or group of friends for an amazing holiday. Inside the villa was spacious, well set out with all the amenities we needed. Outside was was fabulous with a large swimming pool and beautiful views. 10/10 to stay

We have had a lovely stay at Ocean View. Nice quiet location. Pool and terrace were brilliant, spent a lot of time out there. Pool was clean and warm. Host was very responsive to messages.

Lovely villa, only 35 minutes drive from the airport. We hired a car and found that useful for supermarkets and trips out. We did a day trip to Feutaventura and loved it. The villa is well equipped and we enjoyed our time there. We had issues with the swimming pool and Jo and David helped from the UK.

I just returned from this breathtaking holiday villa and can't recommend it highly enough! The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a stunning, well-maintained private pool, ample loungers, a shaded patio, and a barbecue grill—ideal for relaxation and entertaining. My experience exceeded all expectations, blending luxury, comfort, and serenity for a truly memorable family holiday. Plus, host Jo was incredibly accommodating, quickly responding to all my questions.

A totally brilliant villa . Lots of room for our party of 7 . We particularly loved the large pool and outdoor seating areas . We had several lovely BBQ watching the sunset over the sea . Thankyou for the welcome gifts and the check in visit on the Sunday which was really helpful to help us with teenage technology questions . Great location near to lovely beaches with water sports and restaurants . Lots of small supermarkets nearby and we went to Lidl to get an initial big shop done. We hired a car which was useful . We used the playa Dorada beach the most for the water sports and beach bar. Easy to park and always plenty of room on the beach . Lovely sand and clear safe water . It was windy but that suited us . felt too hot.snothies on the beach .was
