Stayed Jul 4, 2024Recharged?! Yes! That’s right. I finally got a mini getaway trip, finally recharged. This house was so perfect in so many ways. Close by to everything. Perfect for a small family trip. The communication with the home owner, Ashely, was on point. She is the most kind, respectful, host ever. We were very welcomed. Home was so beautifully decorated. Lovely taste, very inviting and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. Ashley was the best host. Can’t wait for her to host us again.

Stayed May 17, 2024We rented last minute just for Friday and Saturday. Paid for 1 day pool heat and lolled around in the sun and spa most of the day Saturday. Home was impeccably clean and we enjoyed being so near to Palm Springs downtown and 111. My only negatives——as Seniors in our 70s…was the stairs to front door are steep and there is nothing to hold onto…and no handrails to get in and out of the pool. I didnt think to ask beforehand as I usually do because our trip was literally last minute. We managed though. The other negative (for us) was there’s only the 1 TV in the LR and we like to lay in bed and watch TV and couldn’t. Other than that this very nicely decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex with beautiful flooring and countertops would be great for people who have no stair issues and who like to cook. A/C was great. Power tower fan was available and we used! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Owner was great to deal with questions/issues….very responsive quickly.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022The 3 bedroom house was well kept and situated close to downtown and the tramway in a quiet neighborhood. It was extremely hot during our stay but the air conditioner kept us extremely comfortable. The property manager was responsive to any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I visit Palm Springs.
