Stayed Oct 3, 2022We had an incredible stay at this marvelous house overlooking the sea. The home and property exude old-world charm with modern functionality. There is a woodburning pizza oven and lovely terraces to enjot. It is a very private oasis, yet easily accessible to towns and beaches, including the harbor and restaurants in Castellammare de Golfo, Mondello beach, and the incredible trails and swimming coves of Zingaro National Park, Our communication was easy with our host at check in and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this home!

Stayed Aug 21, 2019My wife Julie and I stayed at this beautiful Villa in the city of Carini for one week. Everything was perfect. It had all the amenities once could ask for. The washing machine was extremely useful, so need to over-pack. The interior of the Villa was immaculate. Everything worked! The view of Carini and the sea was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very Respectfully, Gregory Gilbertson

Stayed Apr 21, 2019Brilliant place to stay! The property is just as one expects from the photographs - Very clean and all in a good condition. The kitchen features all equipment what one needs for a good vacation. While it was still the middle of April, the water in the pool was not too cool. At least our kids loved it. The view from the garden over Carini valley is marvelous, especially at night with a glass of good Sicilian wine. Guiseppe has been very helpful and has provide us with lots of recommendations for places to go (that are not included in any tourist guide). There is only one thing guests should be clear about: The house does not really have two separate bedrooms. It has one large bedroom in the upper floor with a double bed on the one side and two single beds on the other side, loosely separated by a folding screen. For us as a family that was perfectly OK, for two adult couples it may eventually not. The entrance area downstairs has another pull-out sofa.

Stayed Sep 29, 2018this villa is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. the gardens were perfectly cared for. However, we lost electricity/water two times and it was tedious calling guiseppe. He was pretty cavelier about the process. Thus, we decided to cut our stay short and look for a hotel. Not much in Carini and driving was confusing, close to airport, but nothing else.

The house and the courtyard are very romantic.Breakfast in the morning in the beautiful garden, with a wide view over Carini and the sea. Afternoon in the cooling pool. And in the evening bbq in the lovely courtyard. Thank you very much, Guiseppe for the hospitality we had a wonderfull week!

Stayed Sep 18, 2017The villa is beautiful and is amazingly clean. Guiseppe, the property manager, was flexible with our check in time and he even brought us a bottle of wonderful Sicilian wine. The property is very close to the airport. It sits amongst the hills in the town of Carini and is a great place to explore Northwestern Sicily and Palermo from. While Carini itself is just a small simple town, we had fun exploring it as well. And Guiseppe gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house itself is just lovely. The structure was an old church or monastery and is made from lovely old stone. There is a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy. The house is surrounded by well maintained olive bushes and even a few lime trees. The outdoor pool was clean and changed colors at night. Inside the home, there is a beautiful kitchen with all the basics for preparing meals. The bedroom was suitable and comfortable. We had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The interior has recently been redone and just has a wonderful feel to it. The views from the villa are just beautiful, especially at night when you can see the lights of the towns below. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place close to the airport, Palermo, or just to explore the area. Make sure you have a gps to get there and be prepared for a few winding and narrow roads. We will definitely stay there again.
