Luxury villa in the hills above Elviria between Marbella and Fuengirola and within a 30mins drive from Malaga airport. Perfect for family holidays, golfers or winter sun. The wonderful La Cala golf resort is a five minute drive from the property. We are also only a ten minute drive from the wonderful beaches and the famous 'Nikki beach'.
The villa itself is a modern four bed/four bathroom home nestled within a large garden with a private pool and hot tub. Secluded and with the most stunning views and wrap around terraces which make the most of the sun all day.
As you drive in the private gate you are able to park at least five cars on the driveway and up to the front door. The property has a lovely hallway with sweeping staircase and large terrace with magnificent views over the costa.
Beautiful kitchen/family room which leads out to the pool and BBQ area and also outside toilet.
The other side of the villa has a huge family lounge and dining area again leading out onto a lovely soft sofa seating area for your sundowners!
On the first floor a magnificent master suite and en suite bathroom.
Sweeping staircase takes you down to three further bedrooms all with there own bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden fully wraps around the property and gives you incredible views of the mountains and sea.
