Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service, available from 20:00 until 24:00, is subject to prior agreement and incurs an additional charge of 50 euros, payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival and will be refunded upon departure, less any deductions for damages.

The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 150 kWh per week, with any usage exceeding this threshold charged at an additional rate of 0.40 euros per kWh.
