Beautiful villa! 5 minute walk to beach, tennis, golf and more!

The place was amazing and fit all our needs. The owner was quick to respond to questions. A short walk to the beach and the other amenities that PH has to offer. Would defintley stay there again

We arrived after 7 pm. Instructions to access the unit did not work well. Got a pass to get to the property but the Welcome center did not give any help to enter the unit. Fortunately, we were able to contact the host to provide the code. The rooms were quite nice. The downstairs bedroom had a straw carpet that kept sliding and tripping over. The outside entry and especially the rear deck, tables, and chairs were not usable because of the dirt, leaves, and twigs.

The villa was just as it was advertised. We had a wonderful stay with lots of activities and dining options nearby. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area.

This was the 2nd time using this condo. Great location, very clean and great accommodations. Carrie was so easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The host was great, we needed to check a few things with her, and she responded quickly and fixed the minor problem. It is a lovely home, perfectly located between the golf course and the beach. We would stay there again.

Wonderful property! Carrie was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The property was exactly as listed and the perfect location! Quick walk to the beach, the pickleball courts, and clubhouse. We had a great time relaxing on the back deck and watching the birds in the morning and golfers in the afternoon! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our girls trip! Couldn’t have asked fo a better experience and we will definitely be back!

This was a get away with my sisters and adult niece. The property was perfect for 4 adult women, with plenty of beds and baths. Very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. We were a short walk from the beach and had a nice deck with golf views. Lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend

Great villa, great location, super attentive and responsive owner.

The area is great! Close to the beach and pool! The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were really comfortable! The condo however was pretty small for our group and a little “tired” The kitchen could use some organization (like a silverware tray?) Many of the outlets didn’t work. We called maintenance and they came out and fixed some, however after the call, my daughter’s phone charger caught fire. The tv in the master didn’t work but maintenance said they didn’t service TVs. Fortunately, we were at the beach enjoying the area most of the time so the issues were not enough to ruin our stay.

This property did not live up to expectations. Pros: Nice location. This is located on the golf course and very close to the pool and beach. Bedrooms are large. Updated decor and new tiled showers.Cons:Maintenance had to come to clean the floors and try to clean the vents but the issue was bigger than that. For the money we paid we should not have mold/mildew visible on vents and a rusty peeling ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. We were given air fresheners to fix this which is not acceptable. It is very humid in this villa and smells awful everytime the noisy a/c comes on. The bathrooms are small with no holder for the hand towel to sit. The kitchen was not equipped with basic necessities, such as baking sheets. There were stains on the couch and it was very small. The outdoor shower head does not work properly and is spraying out the connection.

Home was beautiful, clean, and just as seen in photographs! AC was having some issues during stay but the resort front desk came out same day to fix it. Quick walk to beach and close pool access! Definitely kid friendly as well!

Overall, it was an excellent place to stay. Great location relative to the beech, the pool and access to shops and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood provided a great walking area.

The property was very clean and stocked well. The bed were comfortable. Everything you needed were available. The parking was perfect right in front. I would definitely stay here again.

Have visited HHH Island many times in the past and this was just as enjoyable.

Everything was easily accessible, and it was a lovely unit. Only wish there were a wider variety of cleaning supplies available. Had to shop for supplies to keep the unit clean. Beach was beautiful...beach cart and chairs an extra plus ...beds comfortable. Would highly recommend

Villa was beautiful, beds were super comfortable and the loft upstairs was great for the kids when they wanted to watch tv or a movie! The villa is right on the golf course so the view was really nice. Carrie was very responsive whenever we had a question! Great stay!

Condo was perfect for our family trip. My husband and I and sons families of 4 each. Beautiful decorated and had everything you needed. Walking distance to everything in a beautiful community. 5 minute drive to great seafood, shopping, putt putt. You could stay there and never have to leave the grounds. Only downside was we could not stay longer.

This lovely home sits on the 18th tee of a beautiful golf course and, the very first night we were there, we were visited by five deer right on the fairway! The home is well appointed with adequate linens and appreciated toiletries, making it unnecessary to bring shampoo, body wash, etc. The spectacular beach really is only a five minute walk away and we spent quite a bit of time there. The wagon and beach chairs came in very handy as well. Carrie was very helpful and quickly responded to my queries. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay. Planning to return next fall.

Fun getaway with friends!

The condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very spacious- lots of room for the kids to play.

This was our third year on the island and this was so far the best place we have stayed. The location of this home was perfect. We had small children in the group and the walk to the beach was was short and easy. The home was large and stocked with everything we needed.

We stayed for 2 nights. A family of 8. It was a beautiful and clean space. Instructions and guides were clear. The neighborhood is beautiful. 5 minute walk to the beach!

Excellent experience.

We had a great time at Hilton Head. This location is excellent with walkability to the beach and pool, and Palmetto Dunes was a great spot in general. Great grill, washer, dry, and dishwasher available. A/C worked well. There was a minor snafu with the wifi (the password didn't work on the network listed in the listing or in the binder at the property, but did work when we tried it on the unit's 5G network), and a very minor problem with a leaning AC vent that the owner quickly had repaired. The outdoor shower was a very nice plus, as well as the beach cart, boogy board, and sand toys. Some minor cons I will mention are that the property does not really come with a lot of smaller amenities like dishwasher detergent/pods, laundry detergent, cooking oil (olive oil, etc), paper towels, trash bags (there were two trash cans with bags in the kitchens and 2 extra bags), or salt and pepper. There was a welcome kit with tiny little salt and pepper shakers, and one or two dishwasher and laundry pods. It would have been nice to not have to buy extra paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent while we were there (we did). Not a big deal, but one of those nice to have items that we missed, though I know this highly variable from rental to rental in our experience. The last thing I'll say is the booking fee charged us $25 for parking, but then each of our vehicles still had to pay another $25 for a parking pass when we checked in. Overall 5 stars, would stay again!
