Stayed Jul 2, 2025The location of this property was great. We walked many places. Once you walk a mile or so into downtown, you can catch their public transportation to all over the downtown area for free, just hop on! You can also walk out the door and walk the park super easily, it's less than a block away. Bed was super comfortable, check in and accessing the property was easy, checkout was also easy. We cooked in the kitchen and it had all we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and having coffee in the morning while it was sprinkling out, very pleasant, and a cool view of downtown. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025This house is in a perfect location overlooking Milwaukee. It is in close proximity to historical buildings, parks, St. Josephat Basillica, boat docks for sightseeing excursions on the river and Lake Michigan, Mitchell Domes. Many good and unique eateries are close by (within walking distance), or just a short drive. It has off-street parking and everything you will need for a good vacation in Milwaukee.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Great location, nice neighborhood. It was clean, safe, walkable and the amenities were fine. It is a lovely historic home broken up into multiple units. We stayed on the bottom floor. The drawback for us was that the upper unit was also occupied and you could clearly hear every footstep, flush of the toilet, shower, faucets. The upper guests were not overly loud, but they were up until 2 or 3 in the morning and my family was keenly aware of their activity as though it was in our own unit. The lower unit is not for light sleepers.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Victorian home. We were on the lower level and enjoyed sitting and visiting on the comfortable porch furniture overlooking a beautiful view of downtown Milwaulkee. We enjoyed walking down to Riverfront brewery for dinner one night. It was very easy to get the beaches and all the activities we wanted to do in Milwaulkee during our stay. Parking was also easy either in the driveway or on the street. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with niceties for our stay.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024A perfect house at a perfect location. Easy to walk to most places. Beautiful front porch for relaxing. Great assortment of kitchen pots and pans to be able to make a meal. The beds were comfortable although the bunk bed was a bit of a tough climb for an adult. The baby bunnies in the front lawn were fun to watch and the parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The lockbox is confusing to open as well as the front door but we eventually figured it out . We were a family of 4 very tall people. The beds were long enough and the mattresses were comfortable. There is a bunk bed with a flimsy ladder that is difficult to climb if you are very tall or overweight or elderly. The refrigerator is small so plan accordingly. The washer and dryer worked well and there was sufficient detergent. The kitchen windows do not have screens on them and we were surprised that flies didn’t fly inside. An Iron without the board. The decor is very attractive and comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lots of outlets to plug in your devices. The onsite parking space was easy to access. Glover Street is a one way that leads into Booth Street and drivers are constantly using the driveway of the property to turn around in. It wasn’t annoying just noticeable. The upstair’s unit is a little creaky/noisy. Across the street is a walkway with stairs leading down to a pathway. It is a popular place for couples to stand and hug. We thought it was cute and romantic. The location feels safe. We had a mix of women and men in our group and everyone felt safe. The porch is a great little place to sit outside and socialize. There are 3 cute bunnies that roam around the lawn. We absolutely adored having them in the yard. We recommend the property for a vacation. It is easy to access anywhere in the city of Milwaukee.
