Beautiful stone villa , spacious garden, fenced, large pool

Beautiful Place to stay. We were 3 families with 6 children. Enough place to play, chill and swim. The small pool was good for our little kids (2 years).

Spacious, comfortable, well kept.

We spent a week with seven people in the stone villa. Beautiful property with a great, evenly deep pool. We were able to sit outside for a long time in the wonderful seating area. A few little things in the house could use modernization, but it has such a wonderful Croatian charm. Everything was clean and well maintained. We recommend everyone to spend their vacation there.

The place was even more chareming as on the pictures. It has a beautiful very large garden with a big tree in the middle. The house itself was very nice and clean, the pool was perfectly clean and very big. It is placed in a charming little village not far from interesting mediaeval town of Svetvinčenat and also half an hour away of coast (Pula, Rovinj, Poreč ...). The host Dino was friendly and willing to help any time we needed. We would like to come again.

Our stay in Dino's villa was amazing. The villa is situated in a remote village just few kilometers from Svetivicenat where you can find a supermarket, bars and couple of restaurants. The place is very clean, well kept and quiet. The owner lives in a house next to the property and it's always happy help. He takes care of the surrounding area, waters lawn etc. quite often. The villa is super well equiped and I cannot think of anything that is missing there. The pool is large and clean, there is even a shower with warm water if you need it before or/and after swim! Barbecue and bbq sitting area are amazing! You can switch the light on and enjoy your meal and drinks all night! Our favourite part of the garden was the lavender which smelled AMAZING during our stay. Rooms are large and spacious most of them have private toilet with shower and/or bath. I seriously couldn't fault the place and the owner even if I wanted to! Everything during our stay was amazing and at the end we bought delicious olive oil and homemade wine from Dino. We've had amazing holiday and we want to thank Dino and his wife once again!

We loved it so much. Very spacious historic villa with a huge and care fully designed garden in the istrian Hinterland. Close to the small but stunningly beatiful village of Svetvinčenat. The house has a very large pool and a nice shadow sending tree. Perfect!

Overall the property is great. Its an old house, but everything works. The Airco in each room is very convenient and so is the clean pool and big gated yard. Its in the middle of nowhere so at nights are great for stargazing. No neighbors so there is a lot of privacy. The big tree in front of the house is magnificent and gives lots of shade. Property manager is very friendly, but doesn't speak much English. Bit of German and friendliness goes a long way. Couple of comments though bc no house is perfect. The house is old and therefore the floors in the attic and walls between bedroom are thin. You here everything. The shower downstairs is only a bath and there is no hold for the shower itself. Boiler is sufficient and provides warm water. The kitchen is small but ok to cook in. Outside eating in garen is great as long as you carry the tables outside. You are 10min drive to grocery store and the small town of Svetvinčenat has a great midevil festival in August. Overall great experience. Would recommend the stay.

Absolutely beautiful villa with stunning pool and a lovely garden & BBQ area. The small round pool was perfect for our toddlers. Owners live on-site and were extremely friendly and helpful (although very limited English). Car recommended - closest shop / bar / restaurant is about a 5-10 minute drive away plus plenty to do and see out and about (caves, towns, boat trips etc). Wifi in villa not great however I don't think they have fibre optic in this area yet. Only other thing to note is that there is not air conditioning in every room as described - I would imagine that the bedrooms without may get a little hot in the height of summer (it was around 20 degrees at night during our stay so having the window open was sufficient). 3 couples with 3 children aged 2-3 and all agreed that this is a fabulous property.
