Beautiful Palmetto Dunes 2 BR Villa. Steps from the Beach and Ocean

Great location and value in Palmetto Dunes! We enjoyed easy access to beach and pools in a secure and friendly community. Property was very clean and check in and check out process not complicated.We had a need to contact owner and property manager on Friday evening and the owner Tom and property manager Michelle responded promptly and went the “extra mile” to help. Very appreciative. We plan to come back to this property again in our next visit to Hilton Head.

We had a great stay

Our family has come to this property two years in a row because we love the quiet location in Palmetto Dunes and proximity to the complex pool and beach access. The owner and property manager are very responsive.

Villas was comfortable for all of us. Enjoyed the beach equipment that was available to use. Great location, close to the beach. Owner was very responsive when we had issues, made sure it was followed up on and taken care of in a timely manner.

This is a comfortable property that’s the perfect distance from the beach. It has a beach cart and chairs and a tent that are available for use. The well equipped kitchen and dining area is spacious and great for families. The kitchen has more than enough dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and plastic containers for storage. The pool is right next door and also great. We didn’t spend every day at the beach (we also hiked at Pinckney NWR and did dolphin and pirate cruises). The beach itself is fantastic. It’s great not to have to worry about parking. Dunes House is nearby and ideal for a quick meal or drink.

Perfect location to beach and pool. House was clean and the pictures don't do it justice. The family room was much brighter than shown.

This property is ideally located in Palmetto Dunes with a 3 minute walk to the beach beside The Dunes House. Inside it was perfectly designed for my wife and I and our two college age boys. The beds were large and comfortable and the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area, and living room were just right for relaxing. The things that really set this property apart from others: the dehumidifier- Hilton Head can be very humid, especially the week we were there. It was so nice to come back from the beach or the tennis courts to a cool place with low humidity to recharge. The accessories- there were trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent packets, dishwasher packets, plenty of cups, plates and silverware, and all the things you forget when traveling. The beach chairs were a major plus. I would highly recommend this property to any family going to Hilton Head for a week, you will not be disappointed!

Love the location and space provided. Nice indoor furnishings and little extras provided in the kitchen. Back porches could use some maintenance and upgraded furnishings. Overall satisfied with our stay.

The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was very responsive to us when we had questions. We enjoyed the proximinity to the ocean, took long walks on the beach, found a few shark teeth, and explored several local attractions on or just off the island. All in all, we relaxed and didn't need to shovel snow. We also appreciated the Buffalo Bill theme condo as we are members of the Bills Mafia.

The condo was in walking distance to the beach and the pool. The layout was nice for the 6 of us. Owner responded quick with any questions. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

We loved our trip to Hilton Head and our first time staying in the Palmetto Dunes resort. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient walk to the beach and pool.

We love staying at The Moorings in Palmetto Dunes. This unit is very close to the beach. Very short walk or bike ride to Palmetto Dunes tennis/pickleball courts. This condo has everything you need. It has a well stocked kitchen, great location, and it overlooks the pool. It has a split floor plan, so the kids are on one side and parents on the other. Our family had a great vacation and we will be back.

The absolutely perfect vacation spot. Steps from the pool and about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Parking was easy and there were always available spots. The actual villa was really perfect for our family. The kids had a space that was separate enough where my husband and I could watch tv while they napped and they could not hear us. We will definitely be back again!!
