Beautiful Lakefront Villa - 5 Minutes to the Attractions!

Great stay, near everything.

Upon arrival it smelled of mildew. The place is not like in the pictures. The beds were HORRIBLE and apparently we weren’t able to turn the thermostat below 70 or the pipes would freeze. We had to purchase batteries for the remotes, we had to adjust the shower head because it was leaking and there is a fully developed wasp nest above the back patio! Between the couch and the bed I’m not sure which was harder.

The pictures of this property are misleading. All of the furniture was either not present or did not look that way upon arrival. The property is extremely old and outdated. It is close to Universal theme parks but the traffic to get to the property location is extremely congested. The mattresses were all hard, uncomfortable, lumpy, and need to be replaced. The slats actually fell out of the bed downstairs which could have caused injury. We had to remove the mattress and put them back on. The lay out of the condo is one bedroom and bath upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs. The bedroom upstairs does not have a tv. The condo is around the side of the complex and no lights were left on so if you arrive at night it will not be easy to see how to get in the door. And the path is not well lit either. The bathrooms are small. The one downstairs has stains all over the walls and the shower is practically a dark hole. All shower curtains need to be replaced. One towel and one washcloth was left per guest. If you needed to bring extra towels the host really should have let the customers know. The hand soap in the bathroom upstairs was watered down which I found to be extremely cheap. The layout of the kitchen is all wrong. The refrigerator is not even in the kitchen but around the corner. The silverware was up in the cabinets. And the washer is so small that all the towels could not even fit in there to wash them if needed. Cheap trash bags fell apart. Disappointed!

Grear location. On beautiful lake, very peaceful. House has everything you need.

As proposed, very conveniently located near the theme parks we were interested in. All was as described by the landlord, we had no problems at all!

Access to the convention center does require a car (which was made clear to me prior to the meeting), as it would require walking or biking across busy highways, though only a mile away. Myrtle was extremely nice and very responsive to my texts. The space was clean, neat and in a quiet area with beautiful views of the water.

The condo is 2 levels, but not too big. It was a nice size for just 2 of us. Everything was clean and the location is amazing. Owner has great communication.

Check in went smoothly. The hostess provided a photo of our parking spot with entrance instructions.This cozy apartment helped provide a home base while we attended a nearby convention. The small kitchen had all the basics we needed to prepare a few simple meals that saved us time and money.The hostess was responsive when we had an issue getting into the apartment one night (keypad didn't work). Even on the weekend, she worked with us toward a solution.

This property is located in an excellent location; Close to shopping and attractions. It was perfect for my weekend conference get-away.

Great place to stay. Only bathroom is on the second floor. Nice sunsets and conveniently located to a lot of attractions and places to eat.

This place was perfect. Its location was exactly what I needed to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. The place is cute and relaxing. Pretty sunsets off the patio overlooking the little lake making it pleasant way to end the day! Definitely would stay again!

Overall good experience.

This place was the perfect location! Very close to Universal and Sea World. The house was clean and comfortable. We liked the 2 floor layout as the teens could hang out downstairs and have their own area. The refrigerator was large, we had a washer and dryer if we needed it. I would've appreciated more toilet paper, but overall it was great! Nice owner and great communication.

Nicely located close to everything.

The condo was VERY immaculate, efficient, impeccable, and comfortable! However, what the photo does not show is the beauty of the view over the lake in the mornings and especially in the evenings. The sunsets were wonderful! We got the mornings started with coffee on the back patio and especially enjoyed the relaxation, sitting and enjoying the magnificent view after a busy day of activities! It was a wonderful plus to the enjoyable condo stay that we were not expecting.

Very quiet, peaceful community. Villa was clean and organized. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice scebery from the back patio.

The location was perfect for us to spend the day at a theme park and relax after. The sunsets over the lake are beautiful!
