Beautiful, Hilton Head Island 2BR/2BA Villa.. 100 Yards from the Atlantic Ocean!

Great property, clean and well-kept. Master bathroom shower is wonderful!

Overall, it’s a fine place to stay. The bathroom updates are well done and it has laminate floors throughout. It felt clean for the most part but there were a ton of fruit flies in the master bathroom. The bed in the master was pretty old and terrible. Both my wife and I had sore backs after sleeping there for the week. Besides the flies and the bed, we are only giving it 4 stars because it didn’t have any extra amenities. There was only one pillow per person, no storage containers for food, no baggies, no aluminum foil, only 2 trash bags, etc. Those things are “extras” but appreciated when you are coming from out of town. Also, being on the 3rd floor adds some extra steps each time you leave. There’s nothing that should stop anyone from staying here but nothing that makes it stand out from other condos at Beach and Tennis.

Your kitchen had the best set up, as in dishes and blender (that was a plus)!

Really enjoyed our stay. We really like the amenities of the property - onsite restaurants especially. The pool and proximity to the beach were also a big plus.Our property manager was great - communication was timely and complete.Would definitely stay here again.

This was a 10/10 for us! We loved staying here and it was perfect for our family of 5! The condo was very clean and as described. A couple minutes walk to the pool/beach and laundry, so very convenient for us. A beautiful place to stay and very communicative and helpful hosts! We hope to stay again soon!!

This unit is a real beauty, well-kept with new flooring and furniture, nice and clean (great place) ... and it's on Hilton Head Island, a GREAT place!

This third floor corner condo is a tough hike for those with mobility concerns since there is not an elevator like it shows in the property description. The condo was clean and well maintained. There was a wasp nest on the balcony that we had to spray. The beds were not particularly comfortable and squeaked loudly when moving on them and we did not have enough pillow cases for the beds. The shared bathroom had brown water in tub when running bath but eventually cleared up. The master bath was very nicely remodeled. The kitchen and living space was adequate for 6. The dishes and supplies were clean and useful, although a cookie sheet pan would have been a plus. The resort is well groomed and maintained, except for red ant infestations at playground. The walk to the beach took over 3 minutes but was nice to have a long boardwalk to the sand. The beach was clean. Unfortunately, the staff renting chairs/umbrellas were very rude. The restaurants were nice and easy to get into. The town was very well maintained. I highly recommend going to Sea Pines ($9 fee) for shopping and dining. Caligny also had nice shops. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We LOVE staying here! Its close to gym, laundry, bike rental, tennis courts! Slight walk to beach but manageable! The place is cozy and always clean! The owners are reachable even though I have not had to communicate with them while staying! We will be back again!!

It was okay . Condo is outdated . A long walk to the beach . 3 flights of stairs . Uncomfortable furniture to sit on as well as uncomfortable beds.

We loved staying here!!! It was clean, fully furnished. So close to the beach! Everyday during our stay the resort had fun things to do for all ages. We definitely will book again.

Nice apartment , close to beach The only thing on the downside is that it's on the third floor and there's no elevator.
