Beautiful and comfortable villa with beautiful heated pool

Lovely villa with very good facilities. We particularly liked the large terrace and outdoor area. The villa would be perfect if it was a little easier to get in and out of the pool. The large step into the pool is difficult to use. The air-conditioning, good beds, fantastic shower all make this a great villa to stay in.

This was our second time staying here and it was as good second time round as the first. The property is large, secure and has everything you need. The pool is obviously the highlight and is a great size for our family as it has shallower parts for younger kids and deeper areas too; plus it is heated which is great even in the 38C weather we had! We’d definitely return!

Our family really enjoyed the stay in this very comfortable villa with great pool. Close to a lot of nice villages and cities as Avignon, Venasque, Chateau Neuf de Pape and Marseille. Friendly owners, easy communication.

We loved our 8 nights at this villa. The private heated pool at the end of each day was a bonus! The location is quiet and private. Perfect base for exploring the Luberon region. Sylvie is a wonderful woman - she doesn’t speak English well or us French but we managed to communicate! All part of the fun!! Would not hesitate to come back

We enjoyed a great stay at this villa. The facilities in the villa were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the fantastic outdoor space where it was possible to relax in the sunshine or the shade. The steps in and out of the pool are quite steep and it would be easier to use the pool if there was a handrail but the pool itself was really good. The location was nice and quiet but supermarkets and boulangeries were just a few minutes away by car so really convenient. A really nice villa and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

When’s we arrived Sylvie met us to show us around and hand over the keys, she was very polite and friendly, the villa was very clean and tidy and had everything you could need, including some welcome wine and some fresh fruit & veg. The pool was heated, unfortunately the jets were not working but nether the less it was lovely. It is close enough to some large shops, there some beautiful places to visit near by providing you have transport. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had a great stay in the beautiful house. Everything was perfectly clean. We were made very welcome by Sylvie and her familiy. They were very friendly and helpful, giving us some great ideas about what to do in the area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. We're hoping to come back someday. Thanks a lot, Sylvie!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was this was going to be a great place to stay. Sylvie and Pascal did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay - we arrived late evening after the shops had shut and they even went home and returned with eggs, bread and milk for the morning so we would have breakfast. They were always on hand but never intruded. The villa itself was ideal in every way - a modern build, great sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, spacious shower room with wonderful shower, black out blinds and mosquito covers on the windows (not that we needed them). The pool is a great size with lots of little seating areas and there's even a boules court! All in a beautiful rural setting. And we ate outdoors every night! Just perfect. I took my parents who are in their 80s and they were very comfortable and happy staying there. The other big advantage of this villa is its location. The local town Pernes-les-Fontaines is beautiful and only a 10 minute drive away and so many great places are within easy reach (less than an hour's drive). we visited the beautiful Luberon villages of Gordes, Rousillon and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue; the city of Avignon, and St Remy de Provence in the Alpilles. All stunning and very different. I'd recommend anyone to stay here if you want to see this region. Thanks Sylvie and Bernard Christine

Many aspects that made us enjoy our vacation: The house was new, luxuriously equipped with elegant furniture and all amenities. We especially enjoyed the big and heated pool. The owners were friendly, helpful and always attentive. The location of the house is perfect, in reach of various sightseeing spots and activities.
