Beautiful air-conditioned villa with pool & WIFI, easy walk to beach and town.

We had a lovely time at Collioure in family; enjoying the calm of the property.Dee was very nice.

Villa 4 is a lovely property and ideal for the 2 of us as a base to visit Collioure and the surrounding area. Everything you needed at the property and it was a home from home. Lovely sitting out areas and great Pool too. Only 15 mins walk into the centre so is ideal to not use the car! Excellent communication with the host.

The house is in a lovely quiet area. The shares pool is welcome after walking back from the beach. Time it right and you get to enjoy the festival of St. Vincent.

We found the villa to be very clean , well equipped and comfortable for our party of four adults. Enjoyed the lovely views of Collioure and the sea from the balcony. The pretty town centre and the sea front was an easy 15-20 min walk . Liked the close proximity to the pool ,which we often had to ourselves . I would highly recommend Villa 4.

A fabulous week in a great location. Our accommodation provided extensively for our needs. Approximately 10-15mins walk from the town centre/beaches. We visited for the festival of St Vincent which was such a treat. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We had the most marvellous week at the property. Dee could not have been more helpful in her communications with us, the house was roomy and well equipped, we really loved the unspoilt natural environment, with lovely walks up the mountain or round the beaches. Perfectly relaxing. Collioure is a delightful place, full of artistic and cultural interest as well as fun beach activities. Highly recommended

Overall a lovely villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay. The villa is in an exceptional location with a very pleasant 20-25 minute walk into Collioure. Parking for one car is immediately outside of the front door, with the pool easily accessible. Villa 4 has the best plot of all seven villas for overall sunshine, however this does lend itself to a lack of shady spots during the hotter parts of the day, plus with the pool immediately adjacent to the terrace it provides little to no privacy from the pool into the villas terraced area. Equally the pool is exposed throughout to the sun and offers no shade. Perhaps some fixed parasols might be a solution should the winds allow? We were fortunate that not all the other villas were occupied during our time with only three other villas showing signs of activity, meaning we had pretty much exclusive use of the pool. Inside of the villa it was on the whole relatively clean and very tidy (my wife is a clean freak) and served our every need. The bedrooms upstairs are lovely and comfortable, with lots of storage space. The downstairs bedroom is effectively a storage room and whilst it has a sofa bed, we found the pull out bed in the living room more accommodating and comfortable. We had a small hiccup with our understanding of the air conditioning units, however the host was amazing in her quick and clear instructions to overcome what appeared to be technophobia on our part. I would recommend anyone to stay at Villa 4. My wife and I are in agreement that this has the been the best holiday we have had in years. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay again.

We had a great time in Collioure. Lots to do in the area particularly if you’re prepared to drive further afield. White water rafting and snorkelling at an underwater nature reserve being a couple of the highlights. Lots of nice restaurants in Collioure catering to a range of budgets but the cheaper ones were still very good. The town is about 15 mins walk from the property. We were there during the festival of St Vincent, a four day celebration. The town gets even busier during this time but it’s great fun with bands, dancing and the best firework display I’ve ever seen! The property itself was great. Well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet - it’s good to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town... We slept like babes after our busy days and nights! The time we spent at the house was mostly in and around the pool which was nearly always quiet despite it being shared by a few properties. We had a great holiday in the Collioure area which was enhanced by a great house, we would thoroughly recommend both.

The villa was perfect for our needs and having the large terrace beside the pool was a bonus. The reserved parking spot is no small thing in Collioure. There is a very pleasant walk into Collioure and ready access to the highway makes it a great base to travel inland or along the coast. Collioure offers a wide range restaurants and walking opportunities( the walk up to the hilltop fort is a joy). It was a pleasure to deal with the owners and I would certainly recommend a stay in the villa.
