Stayed Feb 26, 2025Beautiful, private villa in a quiet area. Dan, the owner, was quick to reply to our communication and Fiar, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We really enjoyed having a quiet mostly private beach (all beaches in Aruba are public) just steps from our villa. We would highly recommend this gem and hope to visit again.

Stayed Feb 25, 2026The rental was just as pictured. Our host and his on site management team were the most accommodating, welcoming and incredibly responsive hosts we have ever met. They provided recommendations for wonderful local restaurants which we never would have known of or gone to without their suggestions.

Stayed Feb 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay here at the 2 bedroom unit at Peachy Villas. The staff were all friendly: Fiar, Vimmie and the woman who cleans. There was enough space for all four of us and the unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. Sunsets from the backyard/beach were amazing. We loved watching the locals (maybe some tourists too?) having fun on the pier outside not far from us. I think it was a nice addition to the One Happy Island vibe. The property is peaceful and quiet an we rarely saw the folks from the other units, except maybe at sunset. We would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Fantastic location, just what we needed. Everything was as expected and more. The place is very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect get away. The staff (Fiar) was extremely friendly and was available to answer any questions we had. We have stayed at several VRBO's throughout the Caribbean and Mexico and this is one of our new favorites.Be sure to catch the sunset every evening. Remarkable. The property had snorkel gear which we used frequently. Boards and kayaks were available and looked new, we didn't use them but thought we'd mention that they were there.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025This property was a great home base for our vacation to Aruba with amazing views of the water and of the sunset. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the covered patio and soaking up some sun at the small beach. The kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment that were provided kept our 2 teenagers entertained. The beach area is small and the ocean floor is rocky so not great for playing in the water but we saw a lot of fish when we were snorkeling. When we wanted more beach, we just loaded up the beach chairs that were provided and drove to Baby Beach or Eagle Beach which are both about a 20 min drive away. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals when we didn't want to go out. There are 2 houses with 3 total units at Peachy Beach. Our 2-bedroom unit took up 1 house and had a private patio with a beautiful view of the water and use of the shared outdoor space with lounge chairs and more tables. The unit was clean and well maintained.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Best Vacation We’ve Had in a While! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Aruba! Everything about it was perfect — from the sparkling cleanliness to the incredibly easy check-in process. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy every moment by the water. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like the paddle boards, kayaks, and floats — they really made our beach days even more fun and memorable. The hosts were attentive and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Truly one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Truly PARADISE. Very private and quiet, right on the ocean. Every amenity you could wish for and convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the food market, restaurants and explore the neighborhood. We felt very safe and the property manager, Fiar, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We'd come back in a heartbeat!!!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Incredible, beautiful, comfortable and clean! What else can we say! This stay had everything we needed including ocean views and access. We paid the added 150 to pre-stock fresh fruits, snacks, drinks and food staples for our 4-night stay - a little expensive, but it was great to have light meals handy between outings, saving us a grocery trip. Communication with the owner was great and the property manager, Fiar, was incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations for nearby restaurants, shopping and grocery. This place is close enough to everything (we had a rental car), and yet, felt secluded and private without feeling unsafe. One of our best vacations ever!

Stayed May 31, 2025A clean and cozy place on the southern part of the island. Nothing fancy - but a very clean Villa right on a very secluded part of the beach. All new appliances, remodeled bathroom, and cold A/C throughout the entire Villa were a plus at this Villa! Villa also had an outdoor charcoal BBQ pit and a new gas grill. A wonderful private little place to relax and recharge without breaking the budget. In the evenings, my daughter and I would sit on the covered porch and play games or sit on the lounge chairs along the beach (directly outside from Villa) and watch the sunset. We rented a car so traveling to other parts of the island and resort areas were simple. The owner and staff really care about your comfort and want to ensure that all of your expectations are met. And of course, everyone on the island is super chill and happy.

The kids (age 8 & 10) and parents loved our morning and evening jumps off the dock! The little beach was great, sunsets are amazing, great snorkeling here as well. Stayed Feb 2, 2025What a wonderful stay!!! We like to stay off the beaten path in Aruba, but we insist on a waterfront property. We normally seek out luxury villas, but wanted something simple and smaller for this trip. Peachy Beach had absolutely everything we needed and we were very happy here. The outdoor patio space is adorable and cozy with comfortable seating/dining options and the sound of the waves is just Devine. There is a pier next to the property that a few locals swim and fish from, and we didn’t at all feel as though it interfered with our privacy. The common area beach and loungers were lovely as well. The villa was nicely equipped with beach towels, linens, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. There was even coffee grinds and filters stocked up for us along with a welcome bottle of wine and a couple of local beers. The beach chairs, coolers, floats and snorkel gear provided made our packing list a lot lighter too. Our property Manager Fiar was incredibly friendly and very responsive to any questions I had. The owner Dan was also very easy to contact and quick to respond to any requests. Great hosts! There was nothing missing from this adorable cottage. The king size mattress was VERY comfortable and the 3 AC units made it easy to keep the temperature super comfortable, although we mostly kept them off and let the ocean breeze come through the open doors. We would certainly rent this villa again and bring along some friends to rent the other 2 units on the property!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024I stayed at this property with my elderly mom and two kids (17 and 19), and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation. Entry into the ocean was easy for all. We loved exploring other beaches and returning to consistently conclude ours is the best. Honestly, event the snorkeling at the property's beach is amazing. We tried snorkeling at Mangel Halto, Arashi, Boca Catalina, Rogers, and Baby Beach, and only Baby Beach outperformed the beach right outside our door. It was super nice to have the kayaks for island hopping. The outdoor space is wonderful to enjoy both during the day and in the evening. We especially loved the queen lounger! An excellent experience overall, especially if you prefer peace and quiet over the chaos further NW.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024The Villa is very well maintained. The property owner stayed in constant contact. There is a gardener/property manager nearby if you need anything. I like that the property was off and away from downtown Orangestad and the tourist areas of the island. This made the experience feel more private and secluded. The water was choppy this time of year so snorkeling in the water was kind of hard. The only thing we didn't like were the locals. Aruba is a all public shoreline meaning that anyone can come onto your beach and hang out. The locals would come set up shop right behind the villa and smoke weed and play loud music all hours of the day. One group of them decided to take up residence at the community table which is the property of the owner. They then came into the patio and cut through to our stairs to move down the beach and harass more people. You could tell they did it on purpose and they did not want tourists on their island. Although we enjoyed the villa, we will not be coming back to Aruba for this reason. The big statement that Aruba is the friendliest island in the Caribbean is kinda BS. We had a much better experience in USVI and the beaches are private there. Nothing terrible, just word to the wise. You will have your privacy violated by the locals.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Truly worth every cent. If you're looking to enjoy leisurely evenings away from the tourists, this is the spot. Quick and easy check in and out. Another couple was staying on the property in the house next to us, but they were of like mind and did not want to make noise and be a bother. The siesta is real. The snorkeling right in the back yard is great, Sea-Glass Island is a short kayak (provided by host) voyage away, and Zeerover is 5 houses down the road. We're already looking into a return trip and stay. Wes
