This Beachfront -Seaside, 2000 traditionally built and decorated villa on 3 levels, is actually located by the sea side few meters from the seashore on a small semi private quiet beach at the northern side of the island .
It has 2 double/bed, 4 twin/bed rooms and one single bed room on the ground/ basement level that are being served with 4 shower /bathrooms. On the first floor it has 2 master bedrooms, one twin bedded room and one king /size bed master bedroom ,each room with their ownprivate bathrooms. There are 2 large terraces on the first floor ideal for private sunbathing and 2 other spacious ones on the ground level all of them with fantastic view to the sea and the mainland Peloponnese coast line opposite to Spetses Island. The small beach is literally just few steps away from the house and it can be reached through the seafront gate of the lower ground terrace.This small peaceful beach is occasionally being used by other few holiday makers.
On the ground level of the villa, there is a big sunny living room with separate dining area and open fully equipped kitchen. There are antique furniture and old classic paints on the walls and the room has excellent sea view even from inside the house. From the living room area four balcony doors will take you to the upper ground covered roof veranda, ideal for open air dinning or simply relaxing with a spectacular scenery unfolding in front towards the gulf and the Peloponnese coast line .These 4 balcony doors and other windows around the spacious living room area will allow ample of sunlight to enter inside while there is no obstacle towards the great sea view.
From the upper ground veranda two stairs lead you down to the lower ground open air spacious terrace resting on the beach, few meters from the sea shore. On this ground terrace there are plants and trees taken care by property gardener. There you can get spoiled or relax placidly with hours of sunbathing while having your favorable drinks and snacks , and when you get really hot , just take few steps and jump into the crystal clear waters of the sea in front .No need to curry anything not even your towel or mobile ....!
At night, moon bathing or just under the bright stars and by the sea shore, on any veranda or terrace you choose it will offer you a thrilling fully romantic experience.
About 100 meters from the house there is a first class hotel , Spetses Hotel with excellent service and fine restaurant ,and also close to the house a small mini market/grocery store has everything you will need for preparing and eating at home any of your favorite meals .
This Beachfront and Seaside well-built spacious classic villa is ideal for big families and groups and can accommodate up to 17 people and even few more under special circumstances and proper arrangements. Small kids and pets are welcome. Families with small kids, and not only, will really enjoy and duly appreciate this unique convenience of the sea shore and the beach being just in front ,below the lower ground terrace of the house ,apart of course from the complete line of facilities offered within this nicely and relatively newly built house .
Close to the property and only 5-7 min walking, there is a fully organized beach, the famous Kaiki -beach with many exciting water sports and fun activities ,bar and restaurant on the beach offering delicious dishes from local and international cuisine .

Spetses island had an important role during the Greek Revolution of 1821, and is the birthplace of the famous feminine hero Bouboulina. The island of Spetses is a beautiful island offering tranquility and cosmopolitan life, wonderful beaches and picturesque small bays, various interesting historical sites, a charming harbor and all the facilities needed to enjoy an unforgettable and marvelous long or short stay. The island is very easy to reach for many routes are leading to Spetses: by ferry or hydrofoil from the harbor of Piraeus or from the port of Kosta in Peloponnese with small boats that leave every half an hour. Private taxi motorboats can take you also to the island in few minutes just upon your arrival by car or van at KOSTA village . Concerning transportation on the island , one can rent a motorbike or use the local buses that serve the main beaches and villages. The use of vehicles in the town-center is normally prohibited, except for motorcycles and bicycles. In case you wish to rent partially the space of the villa at more economical rates and at 30 % discount of the officially listed rates you are welcome to do so and total cost will be adjusted accordingly before your booking with relevant reduced invoice. In this case ALL FIRST FLOOR ROOMS AND BATHROOMS WILL BE CLOSED AND WILL NOT BE IN USE BY THE GUESTS . All the rest areas and rooms of the villa and outside terraces and verandas are free for use as per our description and the villa remains fully functional .With this partial rental option the maximum occupancy is for 12 people in 7 bedrooms and with 4 bathrooms ALL ON GROUND/BASEMENT FLOOR .
