Beachfront Palms Villa on Flamingo Beach - PRIVATE Home at 5 Star Resort!

Great staff, lovely property right on the beach.

Beautiful villa. Loved the porch. Very relaxing pool and beach areas. Concierge service was outstanding, as was housekeeping. If time permits, will stay at Villa 18 again.

After reading the reviews we had pretty high expectations for this property and we were NOT disappointed! Keith’s unit at the Palms is very spacious and well-kept. Keith also kept open lines of communication with us for the whole trip and between Keith and the 24 hour resort concierge if there was literally “anything” we needed it was taken care of immediately. There is a little loft area on top of one of the bedrooms that our 10 year old son absolutely loved. There is a bakery truck and a seafood truck that comes a couple of times per week and we able to try both. The bakery truck is great and has lots of pastries, breads etc. For transportation getting around the resort has a shuttle bus, and they also have golf cart rentals (about 65usd per day) however we opted to use Uber mainly for the short trips which was cost effective, quick, and we didn’t have to drive at all. For transportation to and from the airport I would recommend going through Keith or the resort, they will make sure that you have a driver ready and waiting. For your stay at the resort and in Costa Rica in general I would recommend getting WhatsApp as most calls and messaging are conducted there. We also got Esims through Airalo and 1 gig of data was plenty for the week. I’m running out of room but the highlight was having the pleasure of dealing with Keith who will ensure that you are 100% happy. You are in good hands with this host and I would not hesitate to go back! Pura Vida!

My husband and I spent 10 days at The Palms. Our daughter and her fiance joined for a week. Keith was very responsive for any questions and provided recommendations for restaurants. Be aware that prices have gone up a fair amount in the past 5 years. Dinner for four was easily 200 and we only had one cocktail and no dessert. We went to the nearby Super Massai for groceries and ate breakfast/lunch in most days. There are grills available for use just around the corner. The villa is just as the pictures show. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. One recommendation would be to make it clear about recycling. There was a bin outside but we were unsure what could be recycled and felt bad putting bottles in the trash. Great view of the ocean. We were there at the beginning of May which is off peak. There were only a few villas occupied. No problem with chairs by the pool (like you would experience at a resort). Kevin, the bartender was there if you needed a beverage. The disadvantage was that we also had rain/storms most evenings.There is a small fitness center with treadmills, bikes, free weights and a weight machine. I had to work a few days. The WiFi was reliable except for one day when they were working on a line.We would definltely recommend staying at this villa.

We have stayed here several times. The villa is clean, very well stocked and the upgrades in this villa are wonderful! Keith is an excellent host. Communicates very well. The staff at the Palms are exceptional- thoughtful, kind and consistent. You will love staying here! Oh and the sunsets are heavenly!

An amazing property and Keith is a very knowledgeable host with lots of advice on the area - which we appreciated with it being our first visit. The ground are immaculate, your toughest decision may be the pool or the beach - both are amazing!!

Our family of three had an incredible time at the Palms in Playa Flamingo. The host, Keith, was fantastic as well as the concierge and all the staff. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed for a two-week stay. Highly recommended.

Wow! What an amazing trip and property! Keith was an amazing host always checking in to make sure we were happy. The property is so special. Small and a community vibe with the other guests. You can seriously walk to the beach in minutes! My family had such a great time and we will 100% be back!

We were a family of four and had a wonderful stay at this condo over New Years. The condo itself has everything, beds were comfortable, patio and balconies were nice for eating/reading outside, and we got great use out of the kitchen. The Palms is a beautiful property with nice pools,water toys free to use, a lovely outdoor grill area, a great massage

Even before our arrival, I had good feelings about this stay. Not just from the pictures, but from the interactions with Keith before we got there! Unbelievably gracious, kind, and connected to his guests! We celebrated a big birthday and treated ourselves to an unfamiliar holiday. The place was fantastic, and if there was a need, he or the staff at the Palms acted to resolve it! The concierge team was fantastic, the outdoor kitchen was perfect, and the pool was amazing! Don't be scared of the rainy season. Green and lush, and the minimal rain we got was short-lived. Drivers, local transportation, recommendations, suggestions, the PLACE.... we absolutely loved our stay and hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Keith. With our gratitude! Our 5 person family really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Keith, the Villa owner, was very helpful and attentive. The Staff at The Palms was very gracious and kind. They helped us with excursions and dinner reservations / recommendations. A super big plus is the fact that you are right on the beach and a beautiful one at that!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Palms with Keith! The unit was very clean and well maintained with very comfortable beds. Keith was very responsive and helpful. The ice maker was broken but he arranged for ice delivery. There were no boogie boards but Keith had one delivered. The grounds, beach and pool areas were amazing and relaxing. It was nice to be close to the marina because we arranged for 2 tours for boating and snorkeling. Overall, an amazing stay!

Our stay for our family of 5 at The Palms was just perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the concierge team, who gave us a thorough tour of the villa and explained the onsite and nearby amenities. Visiting in July, we found the property pleasantly uncrowded, often having the pool entirely to ourselves at certain times of the day. The location is truly beachfront, exactly as shown in the listing, and the infinity pool provided the perfect spot to catch the stunning Costa Rican sunset. The concierge team communicated with us via WhatsApp, typically responding to our requests in less than 2 minutes, which was amazing. They helped us book restaurants, excursions, and answered our questions throughout our stay. The 2-bedroom condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids, aged 12 and 17). Our 12-year-old slept in the loft, and our 17-year-old slept on the sofa downstairs, and everyone felt the condo was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were great, allowing us to make a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean view in the mornings. A special thank you to the host, Keith, who went above and beyond in accommodating our requests. He contacted us on our first day and recommended nearby restaurants that were phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and be sure to eat at the Surf Box and Gracia La Vid during your stay! If you're considering staying in Playa Flamingo, I highly recommend this villa at The Palms!
