There are no words grandiose enough to describe our experience at the Delfin Estate. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were greeted with the utmost service. Ray drove us to the house and provided beverages along the way. He also gave us advice about where to go in Mazatlán. When we arrived at the house, we were overwhelmed by how beautiful and over-the-top everything was. From the large, beautiful pool and slide, to the gorgeous tile and grass patio overlooking the ocean for perfect sunset viewing. Most importantly, the staff. I have never received such incredible service. Jesus and Alejandra keep the place in tip-top shape. Angelica and Doris cook the most fabulous meals you could ever imagine. Jessi was the sweetest, most accommodating bartender you could ask for. This should be at the top of your list for your next vacation. We will all definitely be back. :) Thank you so much for the most incredible vacation of our lives!!!!

General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions, and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Only paying guests are allowed on the property, and visitors are restricted
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non-Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out time is no later 10:00 am.
An additional fee applies if arrival is after 5 p.m. It is not possible to receive you after 6 p.m.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times to prepare the property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in additional charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or a Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure. Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.
