Beach Villas at Ko Olina Premium Corner Penthouse Villa, Spectacular Views

The property was amazing. All the rooms were great! Host was excellent and accommodating and provided much needed information during a tropical storm. Parking was easily accessed. I would recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet fun relaxing visit to Oahu.

The staff were very friendly and the host responsive.

Luxury. From the moment our car pulled into the driveway, we knew we were in for something special. This wasn't just a hotel stay; it was a perfectly orchestrated experience where every detail was curated for comfort and elegance.

We've stayed in a number of Ko Olina Beach Villas, and this was one of our favorites. The view facing northwest allowed us to use the lanai all afternoon, and you don't get that fishbowl feeling like the main tower. The views to Four Seasons, Aulani and the coves was beautiful. The condo was also well equipped for our group - kitchen, beach toys and chairs, etc. Hosts were great communicators and very proactive. We had a great stay!

We’ve been to Ko Olina before, but this was the most beautiful place, view and location. Communication with the owner was great. We love Ko Olina and this VRBO was stunning with all the comforts of home. Just perfect. Thank you Paul.

Everything was as expected. The beach is magnificent - not crowded, beach chairs/umbrellas available, manicured walkways that are a pleasure to stroll - it all adds up to relaxing.

Absolutely spectacular! The perfect place to spend time with our adult children. Everything we needed was either right there or just a short distance away. The views of both the beach and mountains were absolutely stunning. The pool was picture-perfect and never felt crowded. Parking on the property was easy and convenient. Truly a wonderful place to make lasting memories. host!

Balcony was the highlight of an excellent stay. Ocean and Disney view with breezy shaded mornings and beautiful sunsets. One of our visitors proclaimed “I could live out here!”Two great pools and easy access to Lagoon 2. Comfortable beds and high end kitchen appliances rounded out the experience.

Property was beautiful but pictures of the view were slightly deceiving; great view from one end of the balcony but most of it was over wasteland. Good communication with Paul after a couple of hitches checking in. Good location. Overall beautiful condo and I would stay again- but expensive

This is a beautiful spacious condo with amazing views of the beach and ocean. We absolutely loved the lanai doors opening the unit up to the coastal view.

We had an excellent stay at Paul's property. This is our second stay in the resort, but the first time in Paul's unit, and though we also had a good stay in the previous visit in a different unit, this by far exceeded those previous accommodations in the following ways:Timely responses from the owner for all our questionsVery clean and welcoming unitGenerous and thoughtful welcome package (not expected but a wonderful surprise)High quality and well kept kitchen equipment and supplies (plenty of dinnerware, flatware, not mismatched)Everything was in working order and no need to call for anything to be fixed or adjustedLots of extras, including beach towels and boogie boards in perfect conditionPerfect parking spot right across from elevator - very convenient especially when you are toting groceries or beach gearBest of all - the most gorgeous view of the beach and ocean to be enjoyed in two lanaisI really cannot say enough about how well thought out and beautifully maintained this unit was and is. We noticed all the thoughtful and extra touches (2 rice cookers, air fryer, high powered blender for smoothies, etc!) and appreciated them all. The condo’s location was very convenient for our first visit to Maui. I wish Disney resort, right across, would tame down their music/luau but at least they shut it off right at 9 pm.The owner, Paul, was very available to commo with. We were there during the T’sunami warning and being on a higher floor weren’t really impacted. The maintenance ppl at the building were very nice. The condo provided decent space for our family of three. All in all a very pleasant experience for my family.

great location- the views were beautiful. We were able to see the sunrise over the hills and sunset over the ocean. Accommodations had everything we needed. We can't wait to return.

Great property, great location, great sunset view! Awesome selection of family items…from a wagon to strollers, high chairs, sand toys, beach chairs…this condo is amazing. Very responsive owner and management company. Highly recommended!!

Perfect size for our family of 5. Easy checkin and paul the owner was accessible up to the day we arrived. He was very responsive with our questions. Our only complaint was the pull out couch. It was not usable. It had several stains and hair when we opened the sofa bed. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and would definitely rent again.

Everything was fantastic about this property. Very well maintained. Stunning views of mountain and ocean. The lanai sold me. Was amazing to be able to sit outside, yet be inside at the same time! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need with clean dishes in good shape. Ice maker was a huge plus to make drinks. Very spacious and private areas with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Would 100% recommend and we will be back!

The condo was just as it is shown in the pics. Close to golf and restaurants. Pool and bar were great. Highly recommend the villas for any age group.

At check-in we found the property was not cleaned well. We found hairs, dust, and food crumbs in multiple places and lots of mold on the washer's gasket...all of which we ended up cleaning ourselves. Next, the carpets in both bedrooms were dirty, with dirt accumulation & stains in several areas. Next, there were maintenance issues in the bathrooms. I wish I was at least asked to delay check in, so they could get the carpets cleaned etc. I contacted the manager with videos & pictures of issues, but received NO response for the entirety of our stay. I contacted the host with a list of issues and pictures of dirty carpets. He simply refunded the cleaning fee but chose not to acknowledge or address the dirty carpets or other issues. I never got any real apology. In his last email, the host suggested that next time I should stay at the Four Seasons because their suites are maintained at a higher standard. Denying, deflecting and making sarcastic comments, especially when faced with pic/vid evidence of problems, is not a good way to do business. Had I been made aware prior to booking, that the host doesn't have high standards or that the management team is irresponsible & irresponsive, I would have booked any other condo in the area. Other issues: constant noise blasted from shows at adjacent resorts every night, so you can't enjoy a quiet evening out on the lanai. Then more noise every night at 12 AM from supply trucks. The TVs are old and don't have streaming functionality.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was exactly as advertised. Great location away from the hustle of Waikiki & Honolulu but close enough to visit for dinner. Host was great as was the communication. We didn't have any issues during our stay so we didn't really have contact with the Manager except at checking. Would stay here again.

The 2 bedroom condo had great views of ocean and sunsets. The accommodations were fine, just as described. When we needed help from the property caretaker with an appliance issue, they were very attentive. The only annoyance was that at night the music from the Disney resort was loud but only until 9pm.
