Beach, Pool 1st Floor Unit Beautiful Isle of Palms Near Charleston

The condo was very clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a peaceful and fun girls weekend! Location was amazing! If you want to cook there is no condiments or spices oils etc. good to know before you arrive. Also, we didn't realize there were back steps, so know you can park in the back and the dumpsters are conveniently out the door to the left, but not too close to stink lol! We didn't realize this until the night before we left. Great place.

The property was exactly as described. I loved the view of the water, beach front access, pier, walking to restaurants and entertainment! The entire property has been there since the 80’s, but has a beach bungalow feel and it was what we needed. Donna was attentive and helpful. The listing was missing the unit number and I never received the welcome package, but Donna was available!

We liked the proximity to the beach as well as the shopping centers. The food was great as well. The only hiccup was that the room was not ready at check in time. Our property owner did get it cleaned right away which was great.

Very nice one bedroom unit, walkable to everything in Isle of Palms, plenty of off street parking.

Great place. A lot bigger complex then expected. We were at the end the season, so it was fairly quiet. Beach in your back door and true croissants at the locals’ cafe Paname We’ll be back!

Hotel was under renovations for the indoor pool downstairs area. Great views of the ocean from the two balconies.

The property was filthy; black mold on the AC vents, air conditioner filter was black gray, and there were dust bunnies on the walls, baseboards, and ceiling. The smell was overpowering, and we had to relocate.Additionally, the property is very close to the public access beach that is very crowded, a boom box heaven and the smell of marijuana wafting through the air.

Check in was very easy, condo was neat and clean and had everything you need for a stay, and just a few steps to beach access.Would stay here again

Perfect spot for my solo vacation. I work in the snow industry and needed this perfect treat to mentally reset before landscape season.

The beach was amazing. The condo is close to a grocery store, pharmacy and delicious ice cream parlor. The condo was clean. Plenty of towels. Comfortable pull out sofa.

Great place for my husband and I. Enjoyed a long weekend with ocean views and walkable distance to everything.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and the decor was coastal chic. The beach was beautiful. Our host responded very quickly to a question we had. All around great experience.

It’s a great weekend get away. It needs some minor cosmetic clean up. But it it a nice location and a great beach.

A wonderful, relaxing headquarters for a couple days at the beach. Stayed here with my 7-year-old while turning a visit to local family into a beach vacation; my parents stayed as well. The inside is cute, clean, and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed in terms of pots, pans, dishes, etc. As a coffee addict, I was happy to see both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. My parents said the pull-out sofa bed was more comfortable than most real beds, and the queen bed in the bedroom was also great. The porch/balcony was lovely and had several seats, but watch out for mosquitos when the breeze isn’t blowing. There was a beach chair and umbrella for use as well.Location is superb. It was a three-minute walk from the door, across the small parking lot, to the beach access, and on to the beach. It’s an easy walk to several restaurants and breakfast options, ice cream stand, beach store, etc. There’s a grocery store within a 5-minute drive, and a Target about 10 minutes away.We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the laundromat (which takes credit cards), but they looked great and it was nice to have the option.Donna, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to answer our questions, and she made the stay seamless.

The Sea Cabin was so cozy and the nautical theme was perfect for an ocean setting. I felt safe and had all the amenities I needed.

We came down for a friend's wedding and decided to make it a long weekend vacation. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved breakfast on the balcony with the ocean in the background. The complex was quiet and everyone we saw was friendly!

We love this place. Last year we booked it again about an hour after arriving and same the year. Location couldn’t be better. We walked to breakfast every morning, the beach every afternoon, and dinner/bars every night. And sometimes the pool too. Easy trip into Charleston and great parking! Can’t say enough positive things.

Overall very nice stay. Condo could use some updating, but still nice and clean. Some of the clean sheets had some stains as well as the other bedding (some stains).

The depiction of the rental was accurate. Location was great close to everything of interest.
